  • (delphi process) A process used to arrive at a group opinion or decision by surveying a panel of experts. These experts respond to several rounds of questionnaires, and the responses are aggregated, anonymized, and shared with the group after each round. The experts are encouraged to revise their answers, considering the replies of other members of their panel, and converge toward the best answer.
