The term "invisible dermatoses" is often used in two different contexts: 1) dermatoses which are invisible to the clinician, i.e., diseases with no significant clinical features; 2) dermatoses which are invisible to the pathologist. These latter comprise a wide spectrum of entities which present with definite and obvious clinical features, but subtle or hidden histological features and are therefore "invisible" histologically. Diagnosis of such diseases represents a great challenge to both the dermatologist and dermatopathologist. The list of such diseases, originally comprising only few entities, has been gradually expanded over decades and now is a large one. This review focuses on the recently expanded spectrum of such diseases, and offers to the dermatopathologist a strategy for their diagnosis, based mainly on proper awareness, recognition of subtle features, special stains, special investigations such as immunofluorescence and histochemistry and proper clinicopathological correlation.

Good clinical decision-making is important in dermatologic surgery. Experience and knowledge help considerably, but take time to acquire. However, how the clinician thinks is also a significant contributory factor. How we think is influenced by many factors, including our beliefs, prejudices, confidence and variables like how we are feeling at that moment physically and emotionally. Thought process can be either fast and subconscious or slow and analytical. Fast thinking contributes to the majority of decision-making and is especially prone to a range of biases which may contribute to suboptimal clinical outcomes. We wish to highlight and illustrate common biases in thinking encountered by the dermatologic surgeon.

INTRODUCTION
Cosmetic gynecology is an expanding field with a steep rise in awareness and demand for procedures to enhance the aesthetic appearance of female genitalia.
AIM
This article aims to provide an overview of aesthetic gynecology for a practicing dermatologist.
METHODS
A study conducted in India showed a rising trend in the demand of aesthetic vaginal procedures from 3.9% in 2012 to 28.97% in 2015.
CONCLUSION
Several aesthetic modalities such as peels, platelet rich plasma, and energy-based devices and surgical modalities have been in use, though serious evidence for efficacy of many of these procedures is lacking.

Review
BACKGROUND
Patient registries are datasets containing information on patients with a particular disease or patients who are undergoing a specific treatment.
OBJECTIVE
Our objective was to search for and catalog the types of registries being used in dermatology and investigate their characteristics and uses.
METHODS
We searched Google, the Registry of Patient Registries, Orphanet, and ClinicalTrials.gov to compile a list of dermatology disease registries. We also conducted a literature review on the uses of dermatology registries using PubMed.
RESULTS
We identified 48 dermatology patient registries, with 23 distinct diseases represented. We also identified 11 registries used for postmarketing surveillance of skin disease.
LIMITATIONS
Our search was limited to registries in English.
CONCLUSIONS
Registries are commonly used for the study of rare dermatologic diseases and for postsurveillance monitoring of systemic therapies in more common dermatologic diseases, such as psoriasis.

Review
As COVID-19 vaccination has started worldwide to control this pandemic, dermatologists may face various challenges with these new vaccines. In this manuscript, we review different types of available COVID-19 vaccines and their various production platforms. Vaccination considerations in patients with skin diseases, especially those using immunomodulatory drugs will be presented. Finally, adverse cutaneous reactions of COVID-19 vaccines will be reviewed.

Review
Melanoma is often initially evaluated by the dermatologist. A methodical evaluation requires complete history and detailed clinical physical examination and appropriate decisions regarding biopsies. Accurate diagnosis and staging require clinicopathologic correlation and an excellent relationship with the dermatopathologist. Subsequent definitive treatment may be managed entirely by the dermatologist or might require a multidisciplinary team of specialists.

Physician burnout is associated with increased medical errors, lower patient satisfaction, and decreased professional work effort. Although rates of burnout are lower in dermatology than in other specialties, the prevalence is still high and increasing. Burnout affects both personal and patient care. It is important to consider factors and ways to combat this phenomenon to prevent deterioration. To achieve this, a comprehensive understanding of the causes contributing to burnout in dermatology is crucial. To date, a limited number of publications have specifically addressed burnout in dermatology. In this contribution, burnout in dermatology, burnout prevention, and promotion of dermatologist wellness through the systemic approach of the Stanford model for professional fulfillment, which includes creating a culture of wellness, workplace efficiency, and resilience, are reviewed.
