Cutaneous carcinosarcoma (CCS) is a rare non-melanoma skin cancer with a biphasic growth pattern. A tumour is composed of epithelial and mesenchymal cells that show clonality. In most cases, CCS develops in the head-and-neck region on the chronic sun-exposed skin of males. Here, we describe an 80-year-old female patient who developed a giant, pendulous CCS on the leg. A tumour was surgically removed. We found no evidence of metastatic spread.

Ectopia vesicae, or bladder exstrophy, is a rare malformation, more frequently found in males. Very few cases of pregnancy with unrepaired ectopia vesicae have been reported in literature. The majority of these pregnant women with ectopia vesicae have terminated their pregnancies by cesarean section due to malpresentation, preterm labor or other indications. Clemetson concluded that cesarean section was the preferable method of term delivery to avoid postpartum prolapse. We have a different opinion on this because we had an interesting case. A woman with unrepaired ectopia vesicae had two successful vaginal deliveries, in 2009 and 2019 respectively. She recovered well and did not have any symptoms or signs of pelvic organ prolapse (POP) so far. CASE PRESENTATION: Let us present this woman with ectopia vesicae who had four pregnancies; two spontaneous abortions and two vaginal deliveries. In 2009, she had a successful vaginal delivery at Yantai Harbor Hospital where the first author worked at that time. She met the first author again surprisingly, during her third trimester in 2019. She had a spacious pelvis and pendulous abdomen. In this fourth pregnancy, the fetus changed its presentation frequently. Still, she had the second vaginal delivery successfully. She recovered fully after delivery and did not have any symptoms or signs of POP. As far as we know, this is the first case that a patient with ectopia vesicae who has been observed for such a long time after multiple vaginal deliveries. CONCLUSIONS: Doctors must evaluate the risk of vaginal delivery or cesarean section and consider maternal-neonatal health. Prior to this, women with repaired or unrepaired ectopia vesicae usually delivered their babies by cesarean section. Our practice shows that vaginal delivery is also a safe and feasible choice for some of these patients, especially for those with unrepaired, mild types of ectopia vesicae who experience no other dangerous or uncomfortable symptoms.

, a new species of Phyllanthaceae from Southeast Yunnan Province, China, is described. The phylogenetic position of the new species within the genus was analyzed based on nuclear ribosomal Internal Transcribed Spacer (nrITS) and plastid sequence data. The results show that is highly supported to be the sister of (P. T. Li) Voronts. & Petra Hoff., a species endemic to western Guangxi Province, China. Morphologically, the new species can be distinguished from all known congeneric taxa by its long and slim branches usually pendulous or procumbent, some of its leaf laminas up to 15 cm long and 7 cm wide. It further differs from its sister species by its hirsute stems, leaves and pedicel of female flowers, longer pedicel of male flowers, 3-locular ovary and three styles. A key to all 10 accepted species is provided.

This paper describes the extension of multicolor particle shadow velocimetry (CPSV) to the measurement of local acceleration in an Eulerian frame of reference. A validation experiment was conducted on a pendulous disk undergoing unsteady rigid body rotation. Angular velocity and acceleration profiles by CPSA are presented along with a comparison to recordings by an accelerometer mounted on the pendulum. CPSA is also demonstrated in a fully-developed turbulent pipe flow. Profiles of standard deviation of the local acceleration in the near wall region (0< <75) are compared to similar measurements by Christensen and Adrian. A favorable comparison is found between CPSA and particle image accelerometry (PIA). The effect of acceleration time delay, or the time between two velocity estimates, on local acceleration estimates is discussed.

Reproductive biology of endemic Solanum melissarum Bohs (Solanaceae) and updating of its current geographic distribution as the basis for its conservation in the Brazilian Cerrado.
The genus Solanum (family Solanaceae) includes more than 1400 species and has buzz-pollinated flowers with poricidal anthers. The present study aimed to describe the distribution, breeding system and pollination mechanism of Solanum melissarum, a species endemic to Brazil. The study of breeding system was conducted in an urban forest fragment in Jataí, GO. Distribution data were gathered from floristic surveys and digital plant databases. The floral morphology and the pollination mechanism were studied on through field observations and preserved flowers. The breeding system was determined through hand pollination treatments. The species has a distribution only in the Brazilian Atlantic forest coastal, and this study provides the first records of S. melissarum for the state of Goiás. The pendulous flowers have poricidal anthers close to the stigma, with membranous thecae joined by a connective bearing osmophores that attract males of Euglossa cordata bees. As they collect fragrances, the bees press the thecae and pollen is released through a bellows mechanism. Based on the hand-pollination treatments, this species is self-incompatible. Isolated forest fragments may not include enough pollinators to ensure the pollination of plants with specialized systems. However, they are essential for the conservation of species with interesting phytogeographic patterns, such as the vicariance observed in S. melissarum, and for the conservation of regional diversity.

In the field of ultra high accuracy inertial measurement unit (IMU), pendulous integrating gyroscopic accelerometer (PIGA) has become a research hot spot due to its high-end performance. However, PIGA is sensitive to angular velocity, and the calibration process of PIGA-based IMU will be very complicated, which makes online self-calibration difficult to implement. To solve the above problems, we proposed an online self-calibration method utilizing angular velocity observation. The main contributions of this study are twofold: (1) An error analysis of PIGA is conducted in this paper, and the error model has also been simplified to suit the self-calibration model. (2) An improved online self-calibration method utilizing angular observation based on a simplified PIGA error model is proposed in this study. Experimental results show that the self-calibration method proposed in this study can improve the PIGA online calibration accuracy effectively (with the accuracy within 0.02 m/s/pulse), which can improve the dynamic accuracy of the PIGA.

INTRODUCTION
Renal transplantation often causes polyuria, and a Foley catheter is typically placed after transplantation. A urethral stricture often makes it difficult to insert a normal diameter urethral catheter.
CASE PRESENTATION
We report on the case of a 16-year-old adolescent male with a history of hypospadias surgery who underwent a cystostomy during renal transplantation. A cystostomy was placed during transplantation because of stricture of the pendulous urethra. Urine leakage into the retroperitoneum occurred after cystostomy catheter removal. An 8-Fr urethral catheter was placed, and urine was aspirated to prevent drainage failure. Voiding cystourethrography performed after 2 weeks showed that there was no leakage. After that, the patient had no trouble with urination.
CONCLUSION
A cystostomy may be one strategy for renal transplantation patients with a urethral stricture. Urine leak can occur because of the delay in wound healing caused by immunosuppressive therapy. Therefore, cystostomy management strategies should be considered carefully.

BACKGROUND
A 'watering can penis' secondary to penile tuberculosis is an extremely rare clinical entity. Retrograde Urethrography - Voiding Cystourethrography evaluation of the urethra and the urinary bladder plays a very important role in the diagnostics as well as further management of the urethral abnormalities. To the best of our knowledge, this is only the second case in literature where a 'watering can penis' was noted secondary to penile TB. This is also the first documented case of 'watering can penis' as a consequence of venereal transmission of TB.
CASE REPORT
A 50-year-old male presented with multiple discharging sinuses along the penis. RGU revealed multiple, contrast-filled, narrow, irregular, fistulous tracts arising from the pendulous part of the anterior urethra. This distal segment of the pendulous part of the anterior urethra also showed significant distortion and irregular, beaded narrowing. VCUG showed a markedly-contracted and small-capacity urinary bladder with a thickened, irregular and edematous wall with multiple hypertrophied trabeculae along its walls. The patient was administered anti-tubercular treatment. At the end of this treatment regimen, a repeat RGU-VCUG will be performed and decision regarding urethroplasty and further management will be planned depending upon the presence of any remaining fistulas or strictures involving the urethra.
CONCLUSIONS
'Watering can penis' as a result of penile TB is a very rare clinical entity. The differential diagnoses of a 'watering can penis' should be kept in mind in the evaluation of these patients. RGU and VCUG evaluation is an important conventional imaging modality used in the evaluation of urethral strictures and fistulas in case of 'watering can penis'.

Granulomatous slack skin - seven years follow-up of a case with features of "parapsoriasis en plaques", muscle involvement, granulomatous vasculitis, and necrobiotic changes.
Granulomatous slack skin (GSS) represents an extremely rare variant of mycosis fungoides with only 70 cases reported in the literature to date. It is characterized clinically by the occurrence of bulky, pendulous skinfolds, usually located in flexural areas and histologically by an infiltrate composed of small neoplastic T-lymphocytes joined by granulomatous inflammation with scattered multinucleated giant cells containing nuclei arranged in a wreath-like fashion. Since its first description, very rare cases of GSS with muscle involvement, large vessels involvement, or necrobiotic changes have been reported. We present an extraordinary case of GSS with all these unusual features developing in the lesions of the same patient. The long follow-up of seven years allowed us to document the evolution of each lesion. Some lesions appeared and evolved in a manner very reminiscent of those of "parapsoriasis en plaques", others were classical GSS lesions, and still others developed large ulcerated lesions. These ulcerated lesions consistently failed to respond to conventional wound therapy, skin directed therapy [retinoids + psoralen combined with ultraviolet A (PUVA)-therapy], and interferon-alpha therapy. Remarkably, the ulcers completely healed when systemic corticosteroids were added. We hence postulate that the ulcers appeared because of large vessel vasculitis rather than tumoral direct destruction.

Yet another new species from one of the best-studied neotropical areas: Plantago humboldtiana (Plantaginaceae), an extremely narrow endemic new species from a waterfall in southern Brazil.
This article presents and describes Plantago humboldtiana, an extremely narrow endemic rheophytic new species from a waterfall in Corupá, Santa Catarina state, southern Brazil. The new species is unique in presenting a combination of type-G antrorse trichomes on scapes, pendulous inflorescences and 1-seeded pyxidia. Only one population is known to exist, despite intensive search efforts in nearby, similar environments. Its conservation status is assessed as critically endangered (CR) as the only known population is restricted to a dramatically small area, and is subject to extreme fluctuation due to occasional floods, and also to intense visitation by tourists, which can disturb its fragile habitat. We also present an updated identification key to the species of Plantago that occur in Santa Catarina. The recent description of three narrow endemic, threatened new species of Plantago in Santa Catarina, which is the Brazilian state with its flora best studied, highlights the need for more taxonomic research, especially in the neotropics.
