OBJECTIVE
We use the person-centered Pathway to Treatment framework to assess the scope of evidence on disparities in endometrial cancer stage at diagnosis. This report is intended to facilitate interventions, research, and advocacy that reduce disparities.
DATA SOURCES
We completed a structured search of electronic databases: PubMed, EMBASE, Scopus, ClinicalTrials.gov, and Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials databases. Included studies were published between January 2000 and 2023 and addressed marginalized population(s) in the United States with the ability to develop endometrial cancer and addressed variable(s) outlined in the Pathway to Treatment.
METHODS OF STUDY SELECTION
Our database search strategy was designed for sensitivity to identify studies on disparate prolongation of the Pathway to Treatment for endometrial cancer, tallying 2,171. Inclusion criteria were broad, yet only 24 studies addressed this issue. All articles were independently screened by two reviewers.
TABULATION, INTEGRATION, AND RESULTS
Twenty-four studies were included: 10 on symptom appraisal, five on help seeking, five on diagnosis, and 10 on pretreatment intervals. Quality rankings were heterogeneous, between 3 and 9 (median 7.2) per the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale. We identified three qualitative, two participatory, and two intervention studies. Studies on help seeking predominantly investigate patient-driven delays. When disease factors were controlled for, delays of the pretreatment interval were independently associated with racism toward Black and Hispanic people, less education, lower socioeconomic status, and nonprivate insurance.
CONCLUSIONS
Evidence gaps on disparities in timeliness of endometrial cancer care reveal emphasis of patient-driven help-seeking delays, reliance on health care-derived databases, underutilization of participatory methods, and a paucity of intervention studies.

BACKGROUND
Vaccination efforts are a vital part of controlling the spread of diseases, however, lack of vaccine acceptance undermines the efficacy of this public health effort. Current evidence suggests that the most effective interventions to support vaccination uptake and positive vaccination beliefs are multicomponent, and dialogue based. Peer-based education interventions are such a strategy that involves an individual within the same group to act as the vaccine educator.
OBJECTIVE
This review aims to consolidate the quantitative evidence surrounding the effectiveness and experience of peer-based education initiatives to improve vaccination beliefs and behaviors.
METHODS
We conducted a systematic search of PubMed, Web of Science, and a hand reference search. The search was conducted between April and June 2022. The inclusion criteria encompassed using peers, being education based, and being an intervention that addresses vaccination beliefs and behaviors (e.g. vaccination uptake).
RESULTS
Systematic screening revealed 16 articles in the final review. Half of the studies focused on students as their study population. The human papillomavirus vaccine was the most common vaccine assessed in the studies, followed by COVID and influenza vaccines. 11 out of 16 of the articles reported a positive impact of the peer intervention and two studies had mixed results. Six studies suggest a mixed peer- healthcare expert approach.
CONCLUSIONS
Despite reported positive effects of using peer-education based initiatives to improve vaccine uptake and beliefs, this systematic review reveals that there is limited existing research in support of this strategy. The strategies that initially appear the most effect are those with a combined peer and health-expert approach, and those that have more group specific and long-term peer interventions. More research is needed to confirm these results and to assess the effectiveness of a peer-based education intervention in a wider variety of settings and for other vaccine types.

Perinatal depression (PND) is a significant contributor to maternal morbidity globally. Recognized as a major cause of poor infant development, epidemiological and interventional research on it has increased over the last decade. Recently, studies have pointed out that PND is a heterogeneous condition, with variability in its phenotypes, rather than a homogenous latent entity and a concrete diagnosis, as previously conceptualized in psychometric literature and diagnostic systems. Therefore, it is pertinent that researchers recognize this to progress in elucidating its aetiology and developing efficacious interventions.This systematic review is conducted in accordance with the Meta-analysis of observational studies in epidemiology (MOOSE). It aims to provide an updated and comprehensive account of research on heterogeneity in phenotypes of PND and its implications in research, public health, and clinical practice. It provides a synthesis and quality assessment of studies reporting heterogeneity in PND using cutting-edge statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms. After reporting the phenotypes of PND, based on heterogeneous trajectories and symptom profiles, it also elucidates the risk factors associated with severe forms of PND, followed by robust evidence for adverse child outcomes. Furthermore, recommendations are made to improve public health and clinical practice in screening, diagnosis, and treatment of PND.

Early mobilization of hospitalized patients is beneficial under certain circumstances. This has been applied in clinical practice for patients with acute heart failure (HF). However, its current definition, effectiveness, and safety are not well established. This review aimed to clarify the current definition of "early mobilization," and summarize its effectiveness and safety in acute HF. We conducted a scoping review to define early mobilization (Part 1) and a systematic review and meta-analysis (Part 2) to evaluate its effectiveness and safety. For Part 1, we searched MEDLINE (Ovid), and for Part 2, we searched the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, MEDLINE (Ovid), Embase (ProQuest Dialog), CINAHL, and PEDro. We included 12 studies in Part 1 and defined early mobilization as protocol-based interventions or walking within 3 days of admission. Based on this definition, two observational studies were included in Part 2, with no randomized controlled trials. Early mobilization may result in a large reduction in the readmission rate compared with that of the control (two studies, 283 participants: odds ratio 0.25, 95 % confidence interval 0.14 to 0.42; I = 0 %; low certainty evidence). We could not define frequency, intensity, or quantity because many of the included studies did not describe them. In conclusions, our review suggests that early mobilization, defined as protocol-based interventions or walking within 3 days of admission, may be associated with a low readmission rate in patients with acute HF. Future studies are essential, to investigate the causal relationship between early mobilization and possible outcomes.

INTRODUCTION
Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is the virus causing the coronavirus disease of 2019. The disease has caused millions of deaths since the first pandemic at the end of 2019. Immunocompromised individuals are more likely to develop severe infections. Numerous mutations had developed in SARS-CoV-2, resulting in strains (Alfa Beta Delta Omicron) with varying degrees of virulence disease severity. In CML (chronic myeloid leukemia) patients, there is a lot of controversy regarding the effect of the treatment on the patient outcome. Some reports suggested potential better outcomes among patients with CML, likely due to the use of TKI; other reports showed no significant effects. Additionally, it is unknown how much protection immunization provides for cancer patients.
METHOD
In accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) standards, we conducted a systematic review. Retrospective, prospective studies, reviews, case series, and case reports of chronic myeloid leukemia patients aged above 18 years who had SARS-CoV-2 infection were included. English literature was screened using PubMed, SCOPUS, and Google Scholar. Search terms include chronic myeloid leukemia, chronic myelogenous leukemia, and SARS-CoV-2 and Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). We searched the reference lists of the included studies for any new articles. The search included all articles published up to April 20, 2023. The review is registered in PROSPERO (registration number CRD42022326674).
RESULTS
We reviewed 33 articles of available published literature up to April 2023 and collected data from a total of 682 CML patients with COVID-19. Most patients were in the chronic phase, seven were in the accelerated phase, and eight were in the blast phase. Disease severity was classified according to WHO criteria. Mortality was seen in 45 patients, and there were no reports of thrombotic events. Two hundred seventy-seven patients were in the era before vaccination; among them, eight were in the intensive care unit (ICU), and mortality was 30 (11%). There were 405 patients after the era of vaccination; among them, death was reported in 15 (4%) patients and ICU in 13 patients.
LIMITATIONS AND CONCLUSION
The major limitation of this review is the lack of details about the use or hold of TKIs during SARS-CoV-2 infection. Additionally, after the appearance of the different variants of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, few studies mentioned the variant of the virus, which makes it difficult to compare the outcome of the other variants of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in patients with CML. Despite the limitations of the study, CML patients with COVID-19 have no significant increase in mortality compared to other hematological malignancy. Hematological cancers are associated with an increased risk of thrombosis, which is expected to increase in patients with COVID-19. However, patient with CML has not been reported to have a significant increase in thrombosis risk. The available data indicates that COVID-19's effect on patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) still needs to be better understood due to the limited data.

BACKGROUND
The purpose of this study was to do a systematic review and meta-analysis about the anthropometric, physiological, and physical performance that discriminate the physical talent in basketball.
METHODS
The search was conducted using the most relevant databases as Web of Science, PubMed, SPORTDiscus and Scopus, according to the PRISMA (2020) guideline. Keywords such as "basketball", "talented identification", "anthropometric", "physiology" and "physical performance" were used for the search, in English and following the "PICOS" question model. Eighteen articles' overall methodological quality was assessed using the Critical Review Forms.
RESULTS
The study found in basketball, height, body mass, Yo-Yo test, -test, 20 m sprint, and jump performance had statistical significance between elite and non-elite groups, including different positions and levels.
CONCLUSIONS
The reviewed literature highlighted a complicated relationship between anthropometric, physiological, and physical performance. Based on the results of the study, it's possible that height, body mass, agility, speed, endurance capacity, and lower lamb power could affect the early development of basketball.

Heart rate variability (HRV) is a useful method to study the autonomic nervous system (ANS) status. As measuring devices have developed and become smaller, many researchers have become interested in the possibilities to implement the method for diving medicine research. The aim of this study was to review human ANS responses in cold water diving (water temperature <5°C), and to comprise the current knowledge of HRV studies in diving and hyperbaric exposure into one review article. A literature search was conducted on 5 December 2022, with the search terms "HRV" or "heart rate variability" and "diving" or "diver" or "divers", with search functions of the data bases PubMed and Ovid Medline. Peer reviewed original articles, review articles and case reports were accepted to this review. Twenty-six articles met the pre-defined criteria and were included in this review. Studies from very cold water conditions were rare, but suggested that cold strengthens the ANS responses of diving - especially parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) activity due to the trigeminocardiac reflex and baroreceptor and cardiac stretch receptor activity, caused cold and pressure-induced centralisation of the blood. Overall, studies showed predominant PNS activity when putting the face in water, during immersion and when ambient pressure increased.

BACKGROUND
Extrinsic strategies affect the exercise experience but fall outside the frequency, intensity, time, and type (i.e., ) principles. To our knowledge, no systematic review has focused on extrinsic strategies to influence the affective responses to exercise. The objective was to identify extrinsic strategies that seek to influence affective responses during exercise and other motivationally relevant variables including post-exercise momentary affective valence, remembered and forecasted pleasure, and enjoyment.
METHODS
For inclusion, eligible articles reported peer-reviewed original research, used acute bouts of exercise, and used a dimensional approach for measuring affective responses or measured enjoyment post-exercise. Web of Science, PubMed, and PsychINFO databases were last searched on 10th September 2021. Quality assessment was completed following the Effective Public Health Practice Project approach. Results were presented using a narrative synthesis.
RESULTS
125 studies were included with sample descriptions, study design (extrinsic strategies, mode, type, intensity, and duration), measurement details, and results summarised for each study.
CONCLUSIONS
71% of studies were categorised as Weak according to the quality assessment tool with sampling practices (self-referred participants) and poor reporting of participant withdrawals/drop-outs the predominant reasons for Weak ratings. A wide variety of extrinsic strategies were reported with music, music videos, immersive virtual reality, outdoor exercise, caffeine, high-to-low pattern of exercise intensity, self-selected exercise intensity, and manipulation of self-efficacy offering promise as suitable strategies to positively change how people feel during exercise.

OBJECTIVES
The presented systematic review explores the empirical studies regarding environmental design strategies that support adaptive behaviors while improving problem behaviors of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
BACKGROUND
People with IDD perceive and interact with their environment differently from people without disabilities. Design research has not always considered these differences, and environmental design solutions are not commonly found.
METHODS
The review process followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses protocols. The study reports the findings from the systematic review of 32 peer-reviewed studies published in EBSCO, ERIC, ProQuest, PsycINFO, MEDLINE CINAHL, Consumer Health Complete (EBSCOhost), and Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection between 1990 and 2020. In addition, quality assessment tools appraised the study's quality.
RESULTS
The review identified 26 design strategies. Five themes qualitatively organized these environmental attributes: coherence, affordance, control, stimulation, and restoration.
CONCLUSION
The evidence indicates that adequately designed physical environments can support the adaptive behaviors of people with IDD while alleviating behavioral problems. Design features not supported by strong empirical evidence should be further addressed in future studies.

For effective implementation of the wastewater-based epidemiology (WBE) approach, real-time quantification of markers in wastewater is critical for data acquisition before data interpretation, dissemination, and decision-making. This can be achieved by using biosensor technology, but whether the quantification/detection limits of different types of biosensors comply with the concentration of WBE markers in wastewater is unclear. In the present study, we identified promising protein markers with relatively high concentrations in wastewater samples and analyzed biosensor technologies that are potentially available for real-time WBE. The concentrations of potential protein markers in stool and urine samples were obtained through systematic review and meta-analysis. We examined 231 peer-review papers to collect information regarding potential protein markers that can enable us to achieve real-time monitoring using biosensor technology. Fourteen markers in stool samples were identified at the ng/g level, presumably equivalent to ng/L of wastewater after dilution. Moreover, relatively high average concentrations of fecal inflammatory proteins were observed, e.g., fecal calprotectin, clusterin, and lactoferrin. Fecal calprotectin exhibited the highest average log concentration among the markers identified in stool samples with its mean value being 5.24 [95 % CI: 5.05, 5.42] ng/g. We identified 50 protein markers in urine samples at the ng/mL level. Uromodulin (4.48 [95 % CI: 4.20, 4.76] ng/mL) and plasmin (4.18 [95 % CI: 3.15, 5.21] ng/mL) had the top two highest log concentrations in urine samples. Furthermore, the quantification limit of some electrochemical- and optical-based biosensors was found to be around the femtogram/mL level, which is sufficiently low to detect protein markers in wastewater even after dilution in sewer pipes.
