Considering the importance of schools for sustainable food offers and the formation of conscientious citizens on sustainability, this systematic review aimed to verify the recommendations on sustainability in school feeding policies and the sustainability practices adopted in schools. The research question that guided this study is "what are the recommendations on sustainability in school feeding policies and the sustainability practices adopted in schools?". This systematic review was prepared according to PRISMA, and its checklist was registered in PROSPERO. Specific search strategies for Scopus, Web of Science, Pubmed, Lilacs, Google Scholar, and ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global were developed. The included studies' methodological quality was evaluated using the Meta-Analysis Statistical Assessment and Review Instrument (MASTARI). A total of 134 studies were selected for a full reading. Of these, 50 met the eligibility criteria and were included in the systematic review. Several sustainability practices were described. The most cited are school gardens and education activities for sustainability. However, actions carried out in food services were also mentioned, from the planning of menus and the purchase of raw materials (mainly local and organic foods, vegetarian/vegan menus) to the distribution of meals (reduction of organic and inorganic waste: composting, recycling, donating food, and portion sizes). Recommendations for purchasing sustainable food (organic, local, and seasonal), nutrition education focused on sustainability, and reducing food waste were frequent; this reinforces the need to stimulate managers' view, in their most varied spheres, for the priority that should be given to this theme, so that education for sustainability is universally part of the curricula. The importance of education in enabling individuals to promote sustainable development is reaffirmed in Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4). The development of assessment instruments can help monitor the evolution of sustainable strategies at schools and the main barriers and potentialities related to their implementation.

BACKGROUND
The evidence on the relationship between anxiety and depression and patients with distinct subtypes of temporomandibular disorder (TMD) is uncertain, so a thorough review study on the topic is still missing.
OBJECTIVES
This systematic review investigated the distribution and severity of anxiety and depression in patients diagnosed with different subtypes of TMD.
METHODS
The study is registered in PROSPERO (CRD42020150562) and it followed the PRISMA 2020 Statement. We searched in PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus and SciELO databases (last search: 12 March 2021) and the reference list from the included studies. Study eligibility criteria consisted of: (i) patients diagnosed with TMD using the Research Diagnostic Criteria (RDC/TMD) or Diagnostic Criteria (DC/TMD) instruments; (ii) assessment of anxiety and/or depression with validated psychological instruments and (iii) allocation of patients into a minimum of two distinct TMD subtypes with at least one group having myofascial pain (comparison group). Analyses were carried out using RevMan 5.3.5 statistical package and random- or fixed-effects models (α = 0.05). The quality of evidence was assessed based on review authors' judgment derived from a 10-item appraisal tool for prevalence studies and with the Newcastle-Ottawa scale.
RESULTS
Of the 4086 records identified in total, 24 were eligible for inclusion; meta-analyses were conducted with 20 studies. In total, 3678 subjects were included in the review. Most of the studies found that patients with myofascial pain showed similar occurrence and severity of anxiety/depression as compared to other subtypes of TMD, although the average prevalence seemed to be higher among the diagnoses consisting of myofascial pain (muscular TMD). Despite the moderate-to-high heterogeneity, anxiety and depression were more frequently distributed within patients with myofascial pain (p = .001). TMD patients without myofascial pain presented less severe levels of anxiety and depression than patients with only myofascial pain (p ≤ .01). The type of psychological instrument seems to affect the assessment of both anxiety and depression emotional states.
CONCLUSION
The findings of this review suggest that patients with myofascial pain are more anxious and more depressed than patients with other subtypes of TMD.
IMPLICATIONS
Considering that anxiety and depression are differently distributed within the TMD population, a proper assessment of the psychological state of patients seems essential to offer an adequate treatment and management of each specific subtype of TMD.

To systematically analyse and discuss whether suppressive heterogeneous brain tumours (BTs) belong to a common brain network and provide a theoretical basis for identifying BT patients with a high risk of depression and select therapeutic targets for clinical treatment. The PubMed database was systematically searched to obtain relevant case reports, and lesion locations were manually traced to standardised brain templates according to ITK-SNAP descriptive literature. Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging data sets were collected from 1,000 healthy adults aged 18-35 years. Each lesion location or functional connectivity area of the lesion network. Connectivity analysis was performed in an MN152 space, and Fisher z-transformation was applied to normalise the distribution of each value in the functional connectivity correlation map, and T maps of each tumour location network were calculated with the T score of individual voxels. This T score indicates the statistical significance of voxelwise connectivity at each tumour location. The lesion networks were thresholded at T = 7, creating binarised maps of brain regions connecting tumour locations, overlaying network maps to identify tumour-sensitive hubs and also assessing specific hubs with other conditional controls. A total of 18 patients describing depression following focal BTs were included. Of these cases, it was reported that depression-related tumours were unevenly distributed in the brain: 89% (16/18) were positively correlated with the left striatum, and the peak of the left striatum lesion network continuously overlapped. The depression-related tumour location was consistent with the tumour suppressor network (89%). These results suggest that sensitive hubs are aligned with specific networks, and specific hubs are aligned with sensitive networks. Brain tumour-related depression differs from acute lesion-related depression and may be related to the mapping of tumours to depression-related brain networks. It can provide an observational basis for the neuroanatomical basis of BT-related depression and a theoretical basis for identifying patients with BTs at high risk of depression and their subsequent clinical diagnosis and treatment.

The past 20 years witnessed an invigoration of research on labor progression and a change of thinking regarding normal labor. New evidence is emerging, and more advanced statistical methods are applied to labor progression analyses. Given the wide variations in the onset of active labor and the pattern of labor progression, there is an emerging consensus that the definition of abnormal labor may not be related to an idealized or average labor curve. Alternative approaches to guide labor management have been proposed; for example, using an upper limit of a distribution of labor duration to define abnormally slow labor. Nonetheless, the methods of labor assessment are still primitive and subject to error; more objective measures and more advanced instruments are needed to identify the onset of active labor, monitor labor progression, and define when labor duration is associated with maternal/child risk. Cervical dilation alone may be insufficient to define active labor, and incorporating more physical and biochemical measures may improve accuracy of diagnosing active labor onset and progression. Because the association between duration of labor and perinatal outcomes is rather complex and influenced by various underlying and iatrogenic conditions, future research must carefully explore how to integrate statistical cut-points with clinical outcomes to reach a practical definition of labor abnormalities. Finally, research regarding the complex labor process may benefit from new approaches, such as machine learning technologies and artificial intelligence to improve the predictability of successful vaginal delivery with normal perinatal outcomes.

BACKGROUND
Dengue is one of the common arboviral infections and is a public health problem in South East Asia. The aim of this systematic review and meta-analysis was to evaluate the prevalence and distribution of dengue in SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation) countries.
METHODS
The PubMed, PubMed Central, Embase and Scopus databases were searched for relevant studies. Statistical analysis on data extracted from the selected studied was conducted using the Comprehensive Meta-Analysis Software (CMA) version 3 software package. Proportions were used to estimate the outcome with a 95% confidence interval (CI).
RESULTS
Across all studies, among cases of suspected dengue, 30.7% were confirmed dengue cases (proportion: 0.307, 95% CI: 0.277-0.339). The seroprevalence of dengue immunoglobulin (Ig)G, IgM or both (IgM and IgG) antibodies and dengue NS1 antigen was 34.6, 34.2, 29.0 and 24.1%, respectively. Among the different strains of dengue, dengue virus (DENV) strains DENV-1, DENV-2, DENV-3 and DENV-4 accounted for 21.8, 41.2, 14.7 and 6.3% of cases, respectively. The prevalence of dengue fever, dengue hemorrhagic fever and dengue shock syndrome was 80.5, 18.2 and 1.5%, respectively. Fever was a commonly reported symptom, and thrombocytopenia was present in 44.7% of cases. Mortality was reported in 1.9% of dengue cases.
CONCLUSIONS
Dengue is a common health problem in South East Asia with high seroprevalence. DENV-2 was found to be the most common strain causing infection, and most dengue cases were dengue fever. In addition, thrombocytopenia was reported in almost half of the dengue cases.

BACKGROUND
Vascular dementia (VD), as the second-largest type of dementia, is a serious stage of vascular cognitive impairment. It is significant to conduct retrospective epidemiological studies to characterize further the disease for public health. This study estimated the prevalence of VD among the population aged 18 yr and older in China.
METHODS
Epidemiological investigations on VD published in journals and covering the period from 1999 to 2019 were identified manually and online by using Chinese databases (such as Chinese BioMedical Literature Database, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure database, Chinese science-technology databases, and the Chinese Wan-fang and Chongqing VIP database) and English databases (such as PubMed, Elsevier Science Bibliographic Databases and Cochrane library). Studies were included if the diagnostic criteria for VD are clear and the quality of the included literature was evaluated using the quality evaluation criteria of epidemiological research methods. A random-effects model was employed according to the statistical test of homogeneity.
RESULTS
Twenty-six studies met the inclusion criteria, including 100,923 subjects and 977 VD patients. The pooled prevalence of VD was 0.96% (95% [confidence interval, CI] 0.63%∼2.1%). The prevalence of VD increased with increasing age. There was a higher prevalence of VD in the northeast China population, in urban areas and males.
CONCLUSION
We stratified the included studies based on age, location, gender, and geographical distribution for prevalence. The prevalence of VD has slowly risen since 1999. It is obviously different between the North & South and urban &rural districts. While there are many benefits of systematic reviews, the methods presented have inherent limitations.

Assessing survival outcomes and complication profiles following surgical excision and radiotherapy as interventions for skull base chordoma: a systematic review of operative margins and surgical approaches.
INTRODUCTION
Despite their precarious behavioral classification (benign and low grade on histopathology yet behaviorally malignant), great strides have been taken to improve prognostication and treatment paradigms for patients with skull base chordoma. With respect to surgical techniques, lateral transcranial (TC) approaches have traditionally been used, however endoscopic endonasal approaches (EEA) have been advocated for midline lesions. Nonetheless, due to the rarity of this pathology (0.2% of all intracranial neoplasms), investigations within the literature remain limited to small retrospective series. Furthermore, radiotherapeutic treatments investigated to date have proven largely ineffective.
METHODS
Accordingly, we performed a systematic review in order to profile surgical and survival outcomes for skull base chordoma. Fixed and random-effect meta-analyses were performed for categorical variables including GTR, STR, 5-year OS, 10-year OS, 5-year PFS, and 10-year PFS. Additionally, we pooled eligible studies for formal meta-analysis to compare outcomes by surgical approach (lateral versus midline). Statistical analyses were performed using R Studio 'metafor' package or Cochrane Review Manager. Furthermore, meta-analysis of pooled mortality rates and sub-analyses of operative margin and surgical complications were used to compare midline versus lateral approaches via the Mantel-Haenszel method. We considered all p-values < 0.05 to be statistically significant.
RESULTS
Following the systematic search and screen, 55 studies published between 1993 and 2022 reporting data for 2453 patients remained eligible for analysis. Sex distribution was comparable between males and females, with a slight predominance of male-identifying patients (0.5625 [95% CI: 0.5418; 0.3909]). Average age at diagnosis was 42.4 ± 12.5 years, while average age of treatment initiation was 43.0 ± 10.6 years. Overall, I value indicated notable heterogeneity across the 55 studies [I = 56.3% (95%CI: 44.0%; 65.9%)]. With respect to operative margins, the rate of GTR was 0.3323 [95% CI: 0.2824; 0.3909], I = 91.9% [95% CI: 90.2%; 93.4%], while the rate of STR was significantly higher at 0.5167 [95% CI: 0.4596; 0.5808], I = 93.1% [95% CI: 91.6%; 94.4%]. The most common complication was CSF leak (5.4%). In terms of survival outcomes, 5-year OS rate was 0.7113 [95% CI: 0.6685; 0.7568], I = 91.9% [95% CI: 90.0%; 93.5%]. 10-year OS rate was 0.4957 [95% CI: 0.4230; 0.5809], I = 92.3% [95% CI: 89.2%; 94.4%], which was comparable to the 5-year PFS rate of 0.5054 [95% CI: 0.4394; 0.5813], I = 84.2% [95% CI: 77.6%; 88.8%] and 10-yr PFS rate of 0.4949 [95% CI: 0.4075; 0.6010], I = 14.9% [95% CI: 0.0%; 87.0%]. There were 55 reported deaths for a perioperative mortality rate of 2.5%. The relative risk for mortality in the midline group versus the lateral approach group did not indicate any substantial difference in survival according to laterality of approach (-0.93 [95% CI: -1.03, -0.97], I = 95%, (p < 0.001).
CONCLUSION
Overall, these results indicate good 5-year survival outcomes for patients with skull base chordoma; however, 10-year prognosis for skull base chordoma remains poor due to its radiotherapeutic resistance and high recurrence rate. Furthermore, mortality rates among patients undergoing midline versus lateral skull base approaches appear to be equivocal.

Klebsiella pneumoniae is the most common pathogen causing neonatal infections, leading to high mortality worldwide. Along with increasing antimicrobial use in neonates, carbapenem-resistant K. pneumoniae (CRKP) has emerged as a severe challenge for infection control and treatment. However, no comprehensive systematic review is available to describe the global epidemiology of neonatal CRKP infections. We therefore performed a systematic review of available data worldwide and combined a genome-based analysis to address the prevalence, clonal diversity, and carbapenem resistance genes of CRKP causing neonatal infections.
METHODS AND FINDINGS
We performed a systematic review of studies reporting population-based neonatal infections caused by CRKP in combination with a genome-based analysis of all publicly available CRKP genomes with neonatal origins. We searched multiple databases (PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Ovid MEDLINE, Cochrane, bioRxiv, and medRxiv) to identify studies that have reported data of neonatal CRKP infections up to June 30, 2022. We included studies addressing the prevalence of CRKP infections and colonization in neonates but excluded studies lacking the numbers of neonates, the geographical location, or independent data on Klebsiella or CRKP isolates. We used narrative synthesis for pooling data with JMP statistical software. We identified 8,558 articles and excluding those that did not meet inclusion criteria. We included 128 studies, none of which were preprints, comprising 127,583 neonates in 30 countries including 21 low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) for analysis. We found that bloodstream infection is the most common infection type in reported data. We estimated that the pooled global prevalence of CRKP infections in hospitalized neonates was 0.3% (95% confidence interval [CI], 0.2% to 0.3%). Based on 21 studies reporting patient outcomes, we found that the pooled mortality of neonatal CRKP infections was 22.9% (95% CI, 13.0% to 32.9%). A total of 535 neonatal CRKP genomes were identified from GenBank including Sequence Read Archive, of which 204 were not linked to any publications. We incorporated the 204 genomes with a literature review for understanding the species distribution, clonal diversity, and carbapenemase types. We identified 146 sequence types (STs) for neonatal CRKP strains and found that ST17, ST11, and ST15 were the 3 most common lineages. In particular, ST17 CRKP has been seen in neonates in 8 countries across 4 continents. The vast majority (75.3%) of the 1,592 neonatal CRKP strains available for analyzing carbapenemase have genes encoding metallo-β-lactamases and NDM (New Delhi metallo-β-lactamase) appeared to be the most common carbapenemase (64.3%). The main limitation of this study is the absence or scarcity of data from North America, South America, and Oceania.
CONCLUSIONS
CRKP contributes to a considerable number of neonatal infections and leads to significant neonatal mortality. Neonatal CRKP strains are highly diverse, while ST17 is globally prevalent and merits early detection for treatment and prevention. The dominance of blaNDM carbapenemase genes imposes challenges on therapeutic options in neonates and supports the continued inhibitor-related drug discovery.

BACKGROUND
Among sub-Saharan African women, cervical cancer is steadily increasing with more than 75,000 new cases and 50,000 deaths annually. Due to the vast ethno geography variation, Africa harbors heterogeneous genotypes of HPV. High-risk HPV [hr HPV] genotypes such as hr HPV-16,-18,-35, and-52 are abundantly reported in sub-Saharan Africa. The purpose of this systematic review and meta-analysis is to generate an evidence on the prevalence and the genotype distribution of hr HPV among sub-Saharan African countries.
METHODS
The review was conducted by following the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and Meta-analysis. PubMed/Medline, Embase, Scopus, Google Scholar, Heath Technology assessment and Cochrane Library databases were used to retrieve published original studies between 2001 and 2021. It included studies that used PCR-based or hybrid testing to assess the presence of HPV DNA in a cervical biopsy, cervical swelling, and vaginal swelling. Statistical software for data science (STATA V16) software using a random-effects model was used to determine the pooled prevalence and type-specific distribution of HPV with 95% confidence intervals (CI). The I-squared statistic was used to describe the level of heterogeneity. The study protocol is registered on PROSPERO with reference number CRD42022311157.
RESULTS
The review included 27 studies conducted in 19 sub-Saharan countries. A total of 16,506 study participants from 27 studies were included in a systematic review and 5,303 of them were infected with the hr HPV infection. Out these, only 3,075 of them were eligible for meta-analysis. The incidence proportion of estimatesof hr HPV infection among study participants with different health conditions ranges from 10.7 to 97.2% while the pooled incidence proportion of estimates is 34% (95%CI: 29-39). Among 3,075 women, 424 (13.8%), 305 (9.9%) and 279 (9%) were infected with HPV-16,-52 and-18, respectively. HPV-16 and-52 are the main genotypes causing the hr HPV infection in the Eastern and Southern African sub-contents, whereas HPV-16 and-35 are the main genotypes in the Western African countries.
CONCLUSIONS
Depending on several factors, especially women's health conditions, the high rate of hr HPV infection with inconsistent genotype distribution shows that it is a growing public health challenge in sub-Saharan African countries. Therefore, to implement a vaccination-based prevention strategy and be effective, considering factors associated with hr HPV infection is crucial.
