BACKGROUND
Teaching cybercivility requires thoughtful attention to curriculum development and content delivery. Theories, models, and conceptual and theoretical frameworks (hereafter "tools") provide useful foundations for integrating new knowledge and skills into existing professional practice and education. We conducted this scoping review to identify tools used for teaching cybercivility in health professions education.
METHODS
Using Arksey and O'Malley's scoping review framework, we searched six biomedical and educational databases and three grey literature databases for articles available in English published between January 1, 2000 and March 31, 2020. Following the PRISMA-ScR (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews), we screened and extracted relevant data, and reported the results of the search.
RESULTS
The search resulted in 2272 articles, with 8 articles included in this review after inclusion criteria were applied. Four articles (50%) were peer-reviewed journal papers while the other 4 (50%) were dissertations. Eleven unique tools were identified by this review: (1) Transpersonal Caring Theory, (2) Theory of Workplace Incivility, (3) Conceptualization of Incivility, (4) Media Ecology Theory, (5) Principlism, (6) Salmon's Five Stage Model of Online Learning, (7) Learner-Centered Educational Theory, (8) Gallant and Drinan's 4-Stage Model of Institutionalization of Academic Integrity, (9) Theory of Planned Behavior, (10) Communication Privacy Management Theory, and (11) Moral Development Theory. Based on the tools analyzed in our scoping review, we determined three features of cybercivility pedagogy to which the tools provided a guide: (1) behavioral manifestations, (2) academic integrity, and (3) digital professionalism.
CONCLUSIONS
The reviewed tools provide a pedagogical foundation and guidance for teaching various properties of cybercivility. Future studies should be expanded to include a broader literature body and non-English literature to provide the global perspective and global skills needed by a diverse population of learners.

In environmental programs and blue/green space development, improving aesthetics is a common goal. There is broad interest in understanding the relationship between ecologically sound environments that people find aesthetically pleasing and human health. However, to date, few studies have adequately assessed this relationship, and no summaries or reviews of this line of research exist. Therefore, we undertook a systematic literature review to determine the state of science and identify critical needs to advance the field. Keywords identified from both aesthetics and loss of habitat literature were searched in PubMed and Web of Science databases. After full text screening, 19 studies were included in the review. Most of these studies examined some measure of greenspace/bluespace, primarily proximity. Only one study investigated the impacts of making space quality changes on a health metric. The studies identified for this review continue to support links between green space and various metrics of health, with additional evidence for blue space benefits on health. No studies to date adequately address questions surrounding the beneficial use impairment degradation of aesthetics and how improving either environmental quality (remediation) or ecological health (restoration) efforts have impacted the health of those communities.

OBJECTIVE
Although instrumental learning deficits are, among other deficits, assumed to contribute to attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), no comprehensive systematic review of instrumental learning deficits in ADHD exists. This review examines differences between ADHD and typically developing (TD) children in basic instrumental learning and the effects of reinforcement form, magnitude, schedule, and complexity, as well as effects of medication, on instrumental learning in children with ADHD.
METHOD
A systematic search of PubMed, PsyINFO, CINAHL, EMBASE+EMBASE CLASSIC, ERIC, and Web of Science was conducted for articles up to March 16, 2020. Experimental studies comparing instrumental learning between groups (ADHD versus TD) or a manipulation of reinforcement/medication within an ADHD sample were included. Quality of studies was assessed with an adapted version of the Hombrados and Waddington criteria to assess risk of bias in (quasi-) experimental studies.
RESULTS
A total of 19 studies from among 3,384 non-duplicate screened articles were included. No difference in basic instrumental learning was found between children with ADHD and TD children, nor effects of form or magnitude of reinforcement. Results regarding reinforcement schedule and reversal learning were mixed, but children with ADHD seemed to show deficits in conditional discrimination learning compared to TD children. Methylphenidate improved instrumental learning in children with ADHD. Quality assessment showed poor quality of studies with respect to sample sizes and outcome and missing data reporting.
CONCLUSION
The review identified very few and highly heterogenous studies, with inconsistent findings. No clear deficit was found in instrumental learning under laboratory conditions. Children with ADHD do show deficits in complex forms of learning, that is, conditional discrimination learning. Clearly more research is needed, using more similar task designs and manipulations.

OBJECTIVE
The purpose of this review is to explore the breadth of research conducted on SDM in the care of Black patients.
METHODS
We conducted a scoping review following the methodological framework outlined by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) checklist. We searched articles related to original research on SDM in the care of Black patients in October 2022 using PubMed, Embase, and Google Scholar databases. Articles of all study designs (quantitative and qualitative), published or translated into English, were included. A standardized data extraction form and thematic analysis were used to facilitate data extraction by two independent reviewers.
RESULTS
After removal of duplicates and screening, 30 articles were included in the final analysis. Black patients and clinician were found to not share the same understanding of SDM, and patients highly valued SDM in their care. Interventions to improve SDM yielded mixed results to enhance intent, participation in SDM, as well as health outcomes. Decision aids were the most effective form of intervention to enhance SDM. The most common barrier to SDM was patient-clinician communication, and was exacerbated by racial discordance, clinician mistrust, past experiences, and paternalistic clinician-patient dynamics.
CONCLUSIONS
SDM has the potential to improve health outcomes in Black patients when implemented contextually within Black patients' experiences and concerns. Significant barriers such as clinician mistrust exist, and the overall perception in the Black community is that SDM does not occur sufficiently. Barriers to SDM seem to be most pronounced when there is patient-clinician racial discordance. Several interventions aimed at improving SDM with Black patients have shown mixed results. Future studies should evaluate larger-scale interventions with longer follow-up. Practice implications Shared decision making (SDM) has been proposed as a useful tool for improving quality and equity in Black patients' care. However, Black patients experience lower rates of SDM compared to other populations. SDM has the potential to improve health outcomes in Black patients when implemented contextually within Black patients' experiences and concerns.

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of neurofeedback training (NFT) of theta activity on working memory (WM) and episodic memory (EM) in healthy participants via a systematic review and meta-analysis. A total of 337 articles obtained from electronic databases were assessed; however, only 11 articles met the criteria for meta-analysis after manually screening and eliminating unnecessary studies. A meta-analysis calculating the Hedges' g effect size metric with 95% confidence intervals using random effects models was employed. Heterogeneity was estimated using I statistics. Theta NFT is effective in improving memory outcomes, including WM with a Hedges' g of 0.56 [0.10; 1.02] (I = 62.9% and = 0.02), and EM with a Hedges' g of 0.62 [0.13; 1.10] (I = 42.04% and = 0.01). Overall, the results suggest that theta NFT seems to be useful as nonpharmacological/adjunct training to improve WM and EM in healthy participants.

JUSTIFICATION
The preconception period is the earliest window of opportunity to ensure optimal human development. Pregnancy and childbirth outcomes can be improved by interventions offered to support the health and well-being of women and couples prior to conception. Thus, preconception care is essential in preparing for the first thousand days of life. Adolescence, the stage of life that typically comes before the preconception stage, is characterized by various high-risk behaviors like substance abuse, sexual experimentation, injuries, obesity, and mental health issues which can adversely affect their health in adult life. Thus, a Consensus Guideline for pediatricians on providing preconception care to adolescents and young adults can go a long way in making the generations to come, healthier and more productive.
OBJECTIVES
The purpose of these recommendations is to formulate an evidence-based Consensus Statement that can serve as a guidance for medical professionals to provide preconception care for young adults and adolescents.
INTENDED USERS
All obstetric, pediatric, and adolescent health care providers.
TARGET POPULATION
Adolescents and young adults.
PROCESS
A large proportion of adolescents seek care from pediatricians and there is a lack of Consensus Guidelines on preconception care. Therefore, the Indian Academy of Pediatrics called an online National Consultative Meeting on April 03, 2023, under the chairmanship of Dr MKC Nair and the National Convenor Dr Himabindu Singh. A group of pediatricians with wide experience and expertise in adolescent health care were assigned the task of formulating evidence-based guidelines on preconception care. The group conducted a comprehensive review of existing evidence by searching resources including PubMed and Cochrane databases. Subsequently, a physical meeting was held at Amritsar on October 07, 2023 during which the consensus was reached through discussions and voting. The level of evidence (LoE) of each recommendation was graded as per the Oxford Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine (OCEBM) 2011.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Every woman planning a pregnancy needs to attain and maintain a eumetabolic state. Prospective couples need to be counselled on the importance of a healthy lifestyle including a nutritious diet, avoidance of substance abuse, and timely screening for genetic disorders. Screening for and management of sexually transmitted diseases in males and females, appropriate vaccination and addressing mental health concerns are also recommended.

INTRODUCTION
Cognitive impairment in chronic diseases such as psoriasis is an increasing clinical challenge.
OBJECTIVE
To assess the frequency and extent of difficulties in cognitive functioning in people with psoriasis compared to healthy people.
PATIENTS AND METHODS
The systematic review was carried out on the 23rd July, 2021 by two trained psychologists resulting in a selection of 11 studies on 971 patients with psoriasis and 10,242 controls.
RESULTS
A review of the studies showed irregularities in many cognitive domains, including working memory processes, executive functions, long-term verbal memory, attention, and the visuospatial domain. Depending on the methods used to assess cognitive dysfunctions and the characteristics of patients in different studies, large differences in the frequency of cognitive impairment in patients with psoriasis were observed, ranging from 0 to 91.9%.
CONCLUSIONS
The authors conclude that there is a need for longitudinal studies to identify factors important for the development and persistence of cognitive impairment in psoriatic patients.

Educational technology has become an increasingly important element for improving the teaching and learning process of students. To achieve these goals, it is essential that teachers have the skills they need to be able to introduce technology into their teaching practice. However, this is often overwhelming and stressful for many of them. The aim of this review was to find out how research on teacher stress and anxiety associated with the use of educational technology was proceeding. A systematic review was conducted using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines through the following bibliographic databases: PubMed, Web of Science, and Scopus. Sixteen articles were found from the review. The main findings show that teachers present high levels of anxiety or stress due to their use of educational technology in the classroom. Among the conclusions, the need for research on different strategies to prevent the emergence of these anxiety and stress symptoms in teachers stands out.

This paper examined the relationship between social identity and health-related behavior, exploring whether social identities are associated with multiple health-related behaviors or only specific ones, and whether this association varies on the type of social identity, the type of social identity measures or the expected relationship between identity and behavior. In a systematic review and meta-analysis we assessed whether the pattern of findings can be explained by the social identity approach. An extensive literature search was conducted in several databases including EBSCO-host and PubMed, using elaborate search terms related to social identity and health-related behavior. This resulted in 10728 potential articles, with 115 articles (with 248 effect sizes from 133 independent samples, N = 112.112) included in the meta-analysis. We found a small but positive overall association between social identification and health-related behavior, which was present for actual behavior, as well as for intention and attitudes. This association was stronger for health-related social identities, positive health-related behaviors, when the expected relationship was positive and when indirect social identity measures were used. However, not all findings could be explained by the social identity approach, indicating a need for further research to better understand the relationship between social identity and health-related behavior, in order to more effectively incorporate social identity into health interventions.

This meta-analysis aims to examine the relationship between psychopathic traits and theory of mind (ToM), which is classically and broadly defined as competency in representing and attributing mental states such as emotions, intentions, and beliefs to others. Our search strategy gathered 142 effect sizes from 42 studies, with a total sample size of 7463 participants. Random effects models were used to analyze the data. Our findings suggested that psychopathic traits are associated with impaired ToM task performance. This relationship was not moderated by factors such as age, population, psychopathy measurement (self-report versus clinical checklist) or conceptualization, or ToM task type (cognitive versus affective). The effect also remained significant after excluding tasks that did not require the participant to 1) mentalize or 2) differentiate between self and other perspectives. However, interpersonal/affective traits were associated with a more pronounced impairment in ToM task performance compared to lifestyle/antisocial traits. Future research should investigate the effects of distinct psychopathy facets that will allow for a more precise understanding of the social-cognitive bases of relevant clinical presentations in psychopathy.
