Incidents of bullying have increased on students in schools. This has a negative impact such as mental health problems and risk of suicide. Interventions related to bullying are still focused on being carried out independently. Meanwhile, collaborative interventions between nurses and the school are needed to acquire maximum results in preventing and reducing the incidence of bullying. The purpose of this study is to describe school-based nursing interventions in preventing and reducing the incidence of bullying among students at school. This study used scoping review with a search strategy using the PRISMA Extension for Scoping Review process to find the articles. The PubMed, CINAHL, and Scopus electronic databases were searched. We found 12 articles from 594 articles in 3 databases which discussed nursing interventions based on school to prevent and reduce incidence of bullying in students. The studies included are design randomized control trials and quasi experiments. The samples with the range of 40-7121 respondents. We classified the school-based nursing interventions being three methods, there are Game programs, physical activity programs, training programs, and peer-group programs. The content of interventions are psychoeducation, empathy training, counseling, and self-management. This study shows that school-based nursing interventions can be an option in preventing and reducing the incidence of bullying among students at school.

OBJECTIVE
to elaborate and validate the content and appearance of an algorithm for treating infiltration and extravasation of non-chemotherapy drugs and solutions administered to children.
METHOD
a methodological study of the technology formulation and validation type. To elaborate the algorithm, a bibliographic review was carried out to list the scientific evidence on the treatment of infiltration and extravasation. Content and appearance validation was in charge of 14 specialists in pediatric nursing, using the Delphi technique, adopting a value equal to or greater than 0.80 as Content Validation Index.
RESULTS
the algorithm was validated in the third evaluation by the judges, reaching a Global Content Validation Index of 0.99, being composed by the perception of the occurrence of the complication; discontinuation of intravenous therapy infusion; verification of signs and symptoms; measurement of edema; application of an infiltration and extravasation assessment scale and conduits to be used according to the characteristics of the fluid administered and the type of complication.
CONCLUSION
the algorithm was validated and can be used in a practical and objective way by health professionals, in order to promote safety in the care of hospitalized children, with regard to reducing harms caused by infiltration and extravasation.

Nutrition status plays a critical role in pressure injury (PI) healing and yet the available literature, especially in pediatric patients, is limited. Critically ill pediatric patients are at an increased risk of skin integrity compromise and PI development. Adequate nutritional intake can often be challenging to achieve in this population and immobility and illness present additional obstacles to maintaining skin integrity in this vulnerable population. Despite the unique nutritional challenges and needs of this group, there is no standardized approach to macro- and micronutrient management and monitoring. Here, several key vitamins and minerals believed to play a role in PI healing are discussed and an approach to nutritional management and monitoring for PI healing in pediatric patients is proposed. Registered dietitians (RD) are essential to assess individual patient macro and micronutrient requirements, to identify gaps and make recommendations to optimize nutritional therapy that may exist and impact wound healing. We used a scoping review to focus on the interplay of nutrition and PI healing and inform a multidisciplinary approach to PI identification and management. Through this review, we propose a strategy for the nutritional management of pediatric patients <30 kg at risk for and who present with PI.

BACKGROUND
Recent reports indicated an increasing prevalence of obesity among children and adolescents in Saudi Arabia, making it an impending national epidemic. However, obesity prevalence data in children and adolescents in Saudi Arabia are largely inconsistent.
OBJECTIVES
This study analyzed and compared the prevalence of obesity among a national sample of children and adolescents across sexes, school grades, regions, and city types in Saudi Arabia using the Growth Charts for Saudi Children and Adolescents.
METHODS
Weight, height, and body mass index (BMI) data from 1 134 317 children in first, fourth, seventh, and tenth school grades who participated in the national school screening program were analyzed cross-sectionally. BMI values were classified using the Growth Charts for Saudi Children and Adolescents.
RESULTS
Nearly 10.4% of students were overweight, 10.7 % were obese, and 4.50% were severely obese. Male students had a higher prevalence of overweight and obesity than their female counterparts. The prevalence of overweight and obesity was the highest among students in intermediate school, the Central region, and administrative capitals.
CONCLUSION
Managing childhood obesity is challenging due to its multifaceted nature Therefore, utilizing clinical and community-based participatory approaches is essential to develop nationwide obesity prevention and management program that is effective and sustainable. This program must utilize dynamic BMI surveillance systems using ethnically representative growth references, conduct national pediatric obesity research with careful consideration for demographic and regional differences, lead targeted pediatric obesity awareness campaigns, provide obesity management interventions in a pediatric multi-disciplinary clinic, and evaluate the program outcomes periodically.

INTRODUCTION
Nursing education needs to be improved in order to bridge the gap between education and clinical practice. However, clinical placements for nursing students are limited and student nurses often take merely an observer role, especially in critical situations. High-fidelity simulation (HFS) is a teaching method that can bridge the gap between education and clinical practice. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of using HFS as a teaching method on clinical judgment among pediatric nursing students at the Arab American University utilizing a bacterial meningitis case scenario.
METHODS
A quasi-experimental study with a convenience sample of one hundred and fifty baccalaureate nursing students enrolled in a pediatric health nursing course. Nursing students were randomly assigned to high-fidelity simulation experience or traditional methods. The clinical judgment was assessed using Lasater Clinical Judgment Rubric Tool.
RESULTS
Results revealed that the high-fidelity simulation experience has improved pediatric nursing students' clinical judgment. The mean clinical judgment differed significantly at post-test in the intervention group after the simulation (t (148) = 7.20, P < .001).
CONCLUSION
The HFS can be an effective tool to provide a safe and effective learning environment for pediatric nursing students, consequently improving their clinical judgment.

The COVID-19 outbreak is a world health problem that affects millions of people. The pandemic is also causing burdens and challenges to health-care providers. Therefore, this study aimed to examine and help understand health-care providers' problems when caring for COVID-19 patients. An integrative review following Whittemore and Kanfl's approach was used along with a systematic search for emerging online databases and grey literature conducted from January to August 2021. The quality of papers was analyzed and a report was presented following PRISMA guidelines. A total of 18 articles that were predominantly descriptive with five themes, including mental health problems in the early stage of COVID-19 outbreak, working stress, physical and psychological impacts of disease, and the lack of support were analyzed. The results showed the pandemic's significant psychological impact on health-care providers directly caring for COVID-19 patients. Emotional, facilities and family support are needed to maintain the health-care providers' well-being.

-ataxia is a mitochondrial disease in which a defect in coenzyme Q10 synthesis leads to dysfunction of the respiratory chain. The disease is usually present as childhood-onset progressive ataxia with developmental regression and cerebellar atrophy. However, due to variable phenotype, it may be hard to distinguish from other mitochondrial diseases and a wide spectrum of childhood-onset cerebellar ataxia. -ataxia is a potentially treatable condition with the supplementation of coenzyme Q10 as a main therapy; however, even 50% may not respond to the treatment. In this study we review the clinical manifestation and management of -ataxia, focusing on current knowledge of coenzyme Q10 supplementation and approach to further therapies. Moreover, the case of a 22-month-old girl with cerebellar ataxia and developmental regression will be presented.

Chronic diseases cause physical and psychological impacts on sufferers. In dealing with illness, the family is not involved in the treatment of chronic diseases. Children also do not receive support from their families in dealing with their illness. Family empowerment is an important thing to implement in treating children with chronic diseases. The purpose of this study was to explore family empowerment interventions as potential methods to reduce the impact of chronic disease. This study used the scoping review method. A literature review was conducted via CINAHL, PubMed, and ProQuest databases. The keywords used in English were "family empowerment OR family center empowerment" AND "child OR children" AND "chronic disease". The criteria for articles in this study were full text, free access, randomized control trial or quasi-experiment research design, English language, population and samples of chronic disease, and the publication period of the last 10 years (2013-2022). We found nine articles that used a family empowerment intervention in an effort to reduce the impact of chronic disease on children. Most of the study designs were randomized control trial and quasi-experiment. Some of the benefits of family empowerment interventions were quality of life, family care, and self-ability. The interventions helped the families to be empowered and actively participate in caring for children with chronic diseases. There were nine articles that discussed family empowerment interventions that have an impact in dealing with the impact of chronic disease on children, namely improving quality of life, family care, and self-ability.

AIM
Nursing diagnosis is the basis of applying nursing process and evidence-based care in nursing. This issue has been affected by the gap between theory-practice in nursing. The attending nursing teachers Project aims to create an organizational link between health care centres and nursing schools, reducing the gap between theory-practice and empowering nurses to apply nursing diagnosis.
DESIGN
The present study was part of the second cycle of an action research study conducted in the cardiology ward in 2019-2020.
METHODS
Interventions were performed in the form of Teacher, Patient, Student, Nurse Model to empower nurses in quantity and quality of nursing diagnosis.
RESULTS
The results indicated a significant increase in the number of nursing diagnoses recorded. Moreover, the qualitative criteria based on PES components were found to have changed significantly after the interventions. Empowering nurses in the form of this Project could suggest that creating proper structures between nursing schools and health care centres, full-time presence of faculty members in hospitals, and enhancing their roles in these institutes will lead to improvements in educational as well as health care systems.

COVID-19 pandemic can cause problems in adolescent mental health such as anxiety, depression, and stress. This is because the distance barrier becomes an obstacle in handling mental health in adolescents. The use of technology has the potential to deal with mental health problems. The purpose of this study was to describe the types of digital-based nursing interventions to reduce symptoms of stress and depression on adolescents during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study used the Scoping Review method. Literature from CINAHL, PubMed, and ProQuest databases. The keywords were adolescent, depression, stress, digital, application, and nursing intervention in English. The criteria for articles in this study were full-text articles, the sample of adolescents, digital-based intervention, articles are original research, and time setting 2018-2022. We found 11 articles discussing digital-based nursing interventions to reduce symptoms of stress and depression in adolescents. There are 2 types of intervention, namely mobile-based intervention, and web-based intervention. The two interventions can be combined to become a method of providing digital nursing interventions that are effective and can reach the entire community. Digital-based nursing interventions are carried out by paying attention to physical, psychological, spiritual, and cultural aspects to improve the goals of nursing care so that they can be significant in reducing stress and depression in adolescents during the Covid-19 pandemic. Digital-based nursing interventions consisting of mobile-based intervention and web-based intervention can improve mental health among adolescents by reducing stress, anxiety, depression, and increasing resilience, well-being, and self-efficacy.
