Internal dosimetry supports safe and effective patient management during radionuclide therapy. Yet, it is associated with high clinical workload, costs, and patient burden, as patient scans at multiple time points (MTPs) must be acquired. Dosimetry based on imaging at a single time point (STP) has continuously gained popularity. However, MTP protocols, used as a reference to judge the validity of STP dosimetry, differ depending on local requirements and deviate from the unknown patient-specific ground truth pharmacokinetics. The aim of this study was to compare the error and optimum time point for different STP approaches using different reference MTP protocols. Whole-body SPECT/CT scans of 7 patients (7.4-8.9 GBq of [Lu]Lu-PSMA-I&T) were scheduled at 24, 48, 72, and 168 h after injection. Sixty lesions, 14 kidneys, and 10 submandibular glands were delineated in the SPECT/CT data. Two curve models, that is, a mono- and a biexponential model, were fitted to the MTP data, in accordance with goodness-of-fit analysis (coefficients of variation, sum of squared errors). Three population-based STP approaches were compared: one method published by Hänscheid et al., one by Jackson et al., and one using population-based effective half-lives in the mono- or biexponential curve models. Percentage differences between STP and MTP dosimetry were evaluated. Goodness-of-fit parameters show that a monoexponential function and a biexponential function with shared population-based parameters and physical tail are reasonable reference models. When comparing both reference models, we observed maximum differences of -44%, -19%, and -28% in the estimated absorbed doses for lesions, kidneys, and salivary glands, respectively. STP dosimetry with an average deviation of less than 10% from MTP dosimetry may be feasible; however, this deviation and the optimum imaging time point showed a dependence on the chosen reference protocol. STP dosimetry for [Lu]Lu-PSMA therapy is promising to boost the integration of dosimetry into clinical routine. According to our patient cohort, 48 h after injection may be regarded as a compromise for STP dosimetry for lesions and at-risk organs. The results from this analysis show that a common gold standard for dosimetry is desirable to allow for reliable and comparable STP dosimetry.

BACKGROUND/AIM
Hypertension occurs frequently in patients taking pazopanib. Therefore, this study aimed to clarify the predictive factors for pazopanib-induced hypertension.
PATIENTS AND METHODS
In total, 47 patients who started pazopanib treatment for renal cell carcinoma or soft tissue sarcoma during hospitalization at Kurume University Hospital from November 2012 to February 2020 were included in the study. Patient background factors associated with pazopanib-induced hypertension were analyzed using a logistic regression model. Subsequently, a time-dependent receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis was performed to evaluate changes in the predictive performance of predictors of pazopanib-induced hypertension over time.
RESULTS
Logistic regression analysis showed that total bilirubin (t-bil) and sex are predictors of pazopanib-induced hypertension, along with systolic blood pressure (SBP) before pazopanib introduction. Additionally, evaluation of area under the curve (AUC) changes over time during the first 20 days of pazopanib treatment using time-dependent ROC showed that the AUC tended to be higher in the first half for SBP and in the second half for t-bil. Moreover, models including these two factors (SBP+t-bil and SBP+t-bil+sex) maintained a higher AUC from the early to late stages of the treatment period.
CONCLUSION
Total bilirubin and sex can serve as predictors of pazopanib-induced hypertension. Total bilirubin may contribute to the prediction of the development of hypertension after day 5.

Benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbents (BUAs) of emerging concern were recently monitored in seawater and sediments from the Bohai Sea (BS) and North Yellow Sea (NYS), which are impacted by human activities, to elucidate their regional occurrence patterns, phase distributions, and contamination profiles. Although environmental variables such as sedimentary organic carbon, particle size, and salinity, as well as hydrological conditions, affected the environmental occurrence of BUAs in the BS and NYS, the source dependence of BUA distributions associated with urban impacts and riverine inputs was highlighted. Substantial spatial variability in the composition patterns and contamination profiles of BUAs identified through correlation and principal component analyses were likely caused by region-specific sources and characteristics. The distribution of target BUAs between the sediment and seawater phases showed no dependence on the octanol-water partition coefficient (K) but exhibited marked spatial variations. The diversity of BUA sorption behaviors was further explained by the total organic carbon (TOC)-normalized distribution coefficient (K). Classic logK-logK linear relationships accurately predicted the phase distributions of UV-326, UV-328, and UV-234, but deviations were found for lighter and heavier BUAs, possibly due to the influences of physical disturbance and microparticle binding.

Defined arrays of transition metal ions embedded in tailored polydentate ligand scaffolds allow for a systematic design of their physical properties. Such molecular strings of closed-shell transition metal centers are particularly interesting for Group 11 metal ions in the oxidation state +1 if they undergo metallophilic d···d contact interactions since these clusters are oftentimes efficient photoluminescence (PL) emitters. Copper is particularly attractive as a sustainable earth-abundant coinage metal source and because of the ability of several Cu complexes to serve as powerful thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) emitters in molecular/organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs). Our combined synthetic, crystallographic, photophysical, and computational study describes a straight tetracuprous array possessing a centrally disconnected Cu···Cu chain and a continuous helically bent Cu complex. This molecular helix undergoes a facile rearrangement in diethyl ether solution, yielding an unprecedented nanosized Cu cluster (2.9 × 2.0 nm) upon crystallization. All three clusters show either bright blue phosphorescence, TADF, or green/yellow multiband phosphorescence with quantum yields between 6.5 and 67%, which is persistent under hydrostatic pressure up to 30 kbar. Temperature-dependent PL investigations in combination with time-dependent density-functional theory (TD-DFT) calculations and void space analyses of the crystal packings complement a comprehensive correlation between the molecular structures and photoluminescence properties.

BACKGROUND
The mental health of children conceived using Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ARTs) such as In-Vitro-Fertilization (IVF) is a subject of significant controversy. Existing studies suggest children conceived through ART meet physical and cognitive developmental milestones at similar rates to their spontaneously conceived peers, however, a significant number of studies have connected ART conception with mental health conditions, particularly depression and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in adolescence. This study, therefore, aimed to determine whether maternal use of ARTs to achieve pregnancy is associated with an increased risk of mental disorders in these children, and whether these effects are sex-dependent or confounded by known covariates in the ART population.
METHODS
Secondary data analysis was performed using Growing Up in Australia: The Longitudinal Study of Australian Children (LSAC) data; a nationally representative population-based cross-sequential cohort study. Multivariate logistic regression models examined the impact of ART (including IVF and other fertility drugs, from LSAC wave-1 and wave-2 conducted in 2004 and 2006, respectively) on mental health outcomes (i.e., autism, ADHD, anxiety and/or depression, from LSAC waves 8 conducted in 2018) in Australian adolescents aged 18-19 years in 2018 (n = 1735). Known sociological and obstetric covariates including maternal age, birth weight, smoking and drinking alcohol during pregnancy, maternal gestational diabetes, postnatal depression, hypertension, and socioeconomic status were considered to generate an adjusted logistic model. Variables with a p-value of <0.05 in the regression models were considered statistically significant.
RESULTS
Of the 1735 mother-child dyads analysed, the maternal mean age was 35.6 years (Standard deviation = ±4.75), approximately 5% of mothers (n = 89) used ART to become pregnant, and 22% of adolescents (n = 384) had a mental disorder. Longitudinal analysis revealed no relationship between ART and children developing a mental disorder in the LSAC population.
CONCLUSION
These results should reassure parents considering ART that there is no increased risk of psychological or neurodevelopmental problems in their ART conceived offspring.

Climate change and formation of regional weather features increase both direct (immediate effects of extremal temperature and other weather and climatic anomalies) and indirect (environmental deterioration, etc.) consequences of global climate change. The development of investigations of medical weather assessment, medical and meteorological forecasting system, the use of treatment and preventive measures give the opportunity to prepare for weather biotropic conditions and reduce weather-conditioned exacerbations.
OBJECTIVE
To assess the clinical effectiveness of non-drug comprehensive methods, including balneotherapy and physiotherapy, in patients with somatic diseases, complicated by increased meteosensitivity, depending on the features of weather conditions in the Moscow region.
MATERIAL AND METHODS
The study included 120 patients diagnosed with «osteoarthrosis/osteoarthritis» with predominant hip and knee joint damage. The majority of patients had comorbidities, namely hypertensive disease (67.2%), ischemic heart disease (32.8%), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and bronchial asthma (10.8%), grade II-III obesity (10%) and compensated diabetes mellitus (9.2%). The severity and main symptoms of the meteopathic reactions' manifestation were assessed by questionnaires consisting of three blocks, HAM, SF-36 tests and psychological stress scale. Medical and meteorological assessment of weather conditions in Moscow included analysis of the main weather-forming factors for 4 main synoptic observations in 10-minute mode for current and predictive 2 days, as well as daily characteristics of solar activity. Treatment methods included alternating magnetic field (AMF) procedures, general sodium chloride baths, massage and rehabilitation exercises (RE) (1st group); AMF, «dry» carbon dioxide baths, applications with brine on the affected joints and RE (2nd group); AMF, «dry» radon baths, applications with brine and RE (3rd group).
RESULTS
The conducted studies have revealed the trigger role of most biotropic combinations of weather-forming factors that provoke exacerbation in patients with joint diseases. Sodium chloride, «dry» carbon dioxide and radon baths combined with AMF, applications with brine on the affected joints and RE are pathogenetically justified and contribute to increase of adaptive potential, functional reserves of the body and provide significantly high (0.05) meteocorrective action.
CONCLUSION
The obtained results can be used for rehabilitation of patients with joint diseases complicated by increased meteosensitivity.

We present a simple approximation to estimate the largest charge that a given molecule can hold until fragmentation into smaller charged species becomes more energetically favorable. This approximation solely relies on the ionization potentials, electron affinities of the parent and fragment species, and also on the neutral parent's dissociation energy. By parameterizing these quantities, it is possible to obtain analytical phase diagrams of polycationic stability. We demonstrate the applicability of this approach by discussing the maximal charge dependence on the size of the molecular system. A numerical demonstration for linear polyenes, monocyclic annulenes, and helium clusters is provided.

Bioluminescence imaging (BLI) is a powerful technique for noninvasive monitoring of biological processes and cell transplantation. Nonetheless, the application of D-luciferin, which is widely employed as a bioluminescent probe, is restricted in long-term in vivo tracking due to its short half-life. This study presents a novel approach using amino acid-encoded building blocks to accumulate and preserve luciferin within tumor cells, through a supramolecular self-assembly strategy. The building block platform called Cys(SEt)-X-CBT (CXCBT, with X representing any amino acid) utilizes a covalent-noncovalent hybrid self-assembly mechanism to generate diverse luciferin-containing nanostructures in tumor cells after glutathione reduction. These nanostructures exhibit efficient tumor-targeted delivery as well as sequence-dependent well-designed morphologies and prolonged bioluminescence performance. Among the selected amino acids (X = Glu, Lys, Leu, Phe), Cys(SEt)-Lys-CBT (CKCBT) exhibits the superior long-lasting bioluminescence signal (up to 72 h) and good biocompatibility. This study demonstrates the potential of amino-acid-encoded supramolecular self-assembly as a convenient and effective method for developing BLI probes for long-term biological tracking and disease imaging.

Poorly water-soluble iron-containing compounds are promising iron fortificants. However, ensuring high bioaccessibility and low reactivity of iron is challenging. We present the potential application of ferrous pyrophosphate (Fe(II)PP) and Fe(II)-containing MFe PO salts (0 < < 1, M = Ca, Zn, or Mn) for delivery of iron and a second essential mineral (M). After preparation by a facile and environment-friendly coprecipitation method, the salts were investigated for their composition, pH-dependent dissolution, iron-mediated discoloration of a black tea solution, and oxidation of vitamin C. Our results suggest that these salts are possible dual-fortificants with tunable composition that compared to Fe(II)PP (i) show lower (<0.5 mM) and enhanced (to 5 mM) iron dissolution in moderate and gastric pH, respectively, (ii) exhibit less discoloration and dissolved iron in tea when = 0.470 for M = Ca or Zn and = 0.086 for M = Mn, and (iii) do not increase the oxidation extent of vitamin C over 48 h when = 0.06, 0.086, or 0.053 for M = Ca, Zn, or Mn, respectively.
