The dataset described Vietnamese university lecturers' teaching and was constructed using elements of the TPACK model. According to the model of Mishra and Koehler [1], the questionnaire was developed. It was delivered through online platforms. The data collection period was three weeks, from February 6 to February 24, 2024. The survey was conducted using the snowball sampling method, with 503 participants. The article analyzed the remaining 461 records after excluding 41 invalid ones. The dataset was referenced in the Mendeley Data repository [10]. University lecturers could use the data set to enhance their personal professional development. In addition, the dataset could assist higher education institutions in formulating plans and training programs, instruct teaching staff, and assist educational managers and policymakers in formulating policies that encourage technology integration in teaching, thereby enhancing the quality of education.

The Impact of a Multidisciplinary Experiential Training Model on Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of Healthcare Workers in Maternity Health Management: A Preliminary Study.
BACKGROUND
Maternity health management has always been the area of concern and considering, and considering its complexity and multidisciplinary, it is necessary to provide effective training for healthcare workers.
PURPOSE
To evaluate the impact of a multidisciplinary experiential training model on the knowledge, attitude, and practice of healthcare workers in maternity health management.
PATIENTS AND METHODS
We conducted a novel educational model, Multidisciplinary Maternity Health Experiential Training based on Knowledge, Attitude and Practice (MMHET), which combined theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and human-centred humanistic care, offering a comprehensive offline education program supported by online teaching materials structured around knowledge graphs. Pre- and post-test surveys were used to assess the changes in participants' knowledge, attitudes, and practices.
RESULTS
From May to July 2023, a total of 322 participants attended the course, and only a small percentage had participated in experiential training. For all topics, the vast majority of participants endorsed the course, and the attitude content had the highest percentage of participants who said they agreed. Among the groups with different years of working life, the highest percentage of participants in the >20 years group strongly endorsed the course.
CONCLUSION
The preliminary findings indicate that the MMHET model is well-received and feasible, demonstrating its potential to enhance maternity health management education.

This perspective article explores the potential of non-player characters (NPCs) in video games as a reflective tool for coaches to enhance participant engagement in sports. While coaches traditionally focus on movement skill instruction, their role extends to fostering young people's immersion in sports contexts and potentially contribute to the possibility of lifelong participation. However, challenges persist in translating coaching theory in coach education programs into practice, including the awareness of roles and how to make young people immersion in sports. Integrating elements from video games, where NPCs play pivotal roles in shaping player experiences, presents a possible avenue for re-thinking the role of coach, especially in participation. By drawing parallels between NPCs and coaches, this article advocates for a new reflection tool for coaching roles. Future research should investigate the effectiveness of leveraging NPCs to enhance athlete engagement and motivation, ultimately creating dynamic and inclusive coaching environments that cater to the evolving needs of participants.

Medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw (MRONJ) can be a debilitating complication that can arise in patients who took or are taking antiresorptive (including bisphosphonates) or antiangiogenic agents, leading to visible bone or a fistula that continues for more than eight weeks, without any history of radiotherapy. This clinical case aimed to describe the treatment of MRONJ with topical active oxygen therapy using bluem oral gel. A 63-year-old female patient that had been taking weekly sodium alendronate (70 mg) for four years by oral via, presented discomfort and implant movement in the #46 region, by that underwent surgical extraction of the implant. After three months the patient returned and was diagnosed with MRONJ. Initially, conventional therapies were performed, including surgical debridement and antibiotic therapy, but without success. The patient still had clinical signs of osteonecrosis six months after the implant extraction. The entire socket was then filled with bluem oral gel by topical application. The patient was instructed to continue applying the gel to the region every 8 hours for 15 days. After this period, the patient returned, and it was observed that the wound was in the healing process, with the presence of epithelialized tissue and without bone exposure. The 2-year clinical follow-up showed the lesion had healed entirely, and a new implant was installed. After the osseointegration period, the final prosthesis was placed. The patient remains under clinical follow-up. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of bluem oral gel in this clinical case assisted in the recovery of the osteonecrosis lesion.

BACKGROUND
This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of using animation as education material for family empowerment program on perioperative care for caregivers whose children were to undergo neurosurgery.
METHODS
A total of 204 caregivers were randomly assigned to either the face-to-face oral nursing educated group (Oral Group) or the animation-assisted nursing educated group (Animated Group). The nursing education primarily focused on instructing caregivers about the manual vibration method. The primary outcome of interest in this study was participants' knowledge level, collected by a 10-item questionnaire. Secondary outcomes included child patients' clinical data, including hospitalization days, treatments, and signs of pneumonia.
RESULTS
Participants in the Animated Group exhibited significantly higher accuracy in perioperative care knowledge assessment, and patients in this group had a lower chance of requiring atomization therapy compared to the Oral Group.
CONCLUSIONS
The animation-assisted nursing education program effectively enhances pediatric caregivers' knowledge, reduces respiratory complications after surgery, and offers valuable insights for future studies on the use of such programs to instruct caregivers.

BACKGROUND
Healthcare providers must possess the necessary knowledge and skills to perform effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). In the event of cardiopulmonary arrest, basic life support (BLS) is the initial step in the life-saving process before the advanced CPR team arrives. BLS simulation training using manikins has become an essential teaching methodology in nursing education, enhancing newly employed nurses' knowledge and skills and empowering them to provide adequate resuscitation.
OBJECTIVE
This study aimed to evaluate the potential effect of BLS simulation training on knowledge and practice scores among newly employed nurses in Jordanian government hospitals.
METHODS
A total of 102 newly employed nurses were randomly assigned to two groups: the control group ( = 51) received standard training, and the experimental group ( = 51) received one full day of BLS simulation training. The training program used the American Heart Association (AHA)-BLS-2020 guidelines and integrated theoretical models such as Miller's Pyramid and Kolb's Cycle. Both groups were homogeneous in inclusion characteristics and pretest results. Knowledge and practice scores were assessed using 23 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Data were analyzed using one-way repeated measures ANOVA.
RESULTS
The results indicated significant differences in knowledge scores, F = 58.514, <0.001, and practice scores, F = 20.134, <0.001, between the control and experimental groups at all measurement times: pretest, posttest 1, and posttest 2. Moreover, Cohen's d reflected the effectiveness of BLS simulation training as an educational module, showing a large effect (Cohen's d = 1.568) on participants' knowledge levels and a medium effect (Cohen's d = 0.749) on participants' practice levels.
CONCLUSION
The study concludes that BLS simulation training using the AHA-BLS-2020 guidelines and integrating theoretical models such as Miller's Pyramid and Kolb's Cycle significantly improves knowledge and practice scores among newly employed nurses, proving highly effective in enhancing their competencies in performing CPR. Implementing BLS simulation training in nursing education programs can significantly elevate the proficiency of newly employed nurses, ultimately improving patient outcomes during cardiopulmonary arrest situations. This training approach should be integrated into standard nursing curricula to ensure nurses are well-prepared for real-life emergencies.

Review
Myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) occur due to the abnormal proliferation of one or more terminal myeloid cell lines in peripheral blood. Subjects suffering from MPNs display a high burden of cardiovascular risk factors, and thrombotic events are often the cause of death in this population of patients. Herein, we provide a brief overview of dyslipidemia and metabolic syndrome and their epidemiology in MPNs and examine the common molecular mechanisms between dyslipidemia, metabolic syndrome, and MPNs, with a special focus on cardiovascular risk, atherosclerosis, and thrombotic events. Furthermore, we investigate the impact of dyslipidemia and metabolic syndrome on the occurrence and survival of thrombosis in MPN patients, as well as the management of dyslipidemia in MPNs, and the impact of MPN treatment on serum lipid concentrations, particularly as side/adverse effects reported in the context of clinical trials.

Dairy herds have adopted sexed semen (SS) and beef semen (BS) to control heifer inventory and increase calf sales revenue. Beef in vitro-produced embryo transfer (beef IVP-ET) may be an alternative to increase calf sales revenue. Besides, raising those Jersey beef crossbred and/or pure beef animals in a dairy system may be a new source of revenue. We aimed to evaluate breed strategies combining dairy conventional semen (CS), SS, BS, and beef IVP-ET on herd dynamics and profitability by marketing those animals with one-day-old or raising them to 180 kg. A Markov chain model was developed to maximize the profitability of Jersey herds by changing the number of dairy heifers sold at birth and the culling rate of 3rd and greater parity cows. The model presents inputs on the reproductive and productive performance of heifers and cows over time. The last year's data (year 10 - steady state) was used to calculate accrual operational cost and revenue per cow per year. We varied the breeding strategy by breeding order and parities, the embryo transfer cost ($85 or $170), the pure beef calf market price ($200 or $300), and by marketing Jersey-beef and pure beef animals with one-day-old or raising them to 180 kg. A total of 8 scenarios + default scenario were simulated. Overall, the proportion of SS use was 47.3 ± 0.6%. For the scenarios replacing all CS breedings with BS breedings, the proportion of CS and BS used was 52.3 ± 0.6. When beef IVP-ET was used, the percentage of BS and beef IVP-ET used was 22.4 ± 0.1% and 31.0 ± 0.1%, respectively. We observed that when we compared SS:BS with the default scenario, the production of purebred Jersey male calves was reduced by 83.5%, and profit/cow per year was increased from $113.5 to $203.3 with SS:BS. When a beef IVP-ET of $85 per transfer was used (scenarios 2 and 3), profit/cow per year was $145.5 and $176.2 for a pure-beef calf price of $200 and $300, respectively. In scenario 4, with a beef IVP-ET cost of $170, the lowest profit ($52.9 per cow per year) was found when marketing one-day-old pure-beef calves at $200. The highest profit was achieved for scenario raising the Jersey-beef crossbred animals to 180 kg ($232.9, scenario 6), followed by scenario 7 ($222.9, SS:BS:IVP-ET) with an embryo transfer cost of $85. Under the current market conditions, combining SS and BS in the reproductive program was a feasible economic opportunity for Jersey herds, yielding the highest net return. The adoption of beef IVP-ET in a reproductive program can potentially increase profit/cow per year, but its profitability will depend on the beef IVP-ET pregnancy cost, the pure-beef market price, calf performance, and the herd reproductive performance. In conclusion, raising the Jersey-beef crossbred calves may be a profitable strategy, and dairy producers need to evaluate the best option to invest in since it will take an extra risk to produce high-quality animals to the market.

INTRODUCTION
Phthalates, or dieters of phthalic acid, are a ubiquitous type of plasticizer used in a variety of common consumer and industrial products. They act as endocrine disruptors and are associated with increased risk for several diseases. Once in the body, phthalates are metabolized through partially known mechanisms, involving phase I and phase II enzymes.
OBJECTIVE
In this study we aimed to identify common single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and copy number variants (CNVs) associated with the metabolism of phthalate compounds in children through genome-wide association studies (GWAS).
METHODS
The study used data from 1,044 children with European ancestry from the Human Early Life Exposome (HELIX) cohort. Ten phthalate metabolites were assessed in a two-void pooled urine collected at the mean age of 8 years. Six ratios between secondary and primary phthalate metabolites were calculated. Genome-wide genotyping was done with the Infinium Global Screening Array (GSA) and imputation with the Haplotype Reference Consortium (HRC) panel. PennCNV was used to estimate copy number variants (CNVs) and CNVRanger to identify consensus regions. GWAS of SNPs and CNVs were conducted using PLINK and SNPassoc, respectively. Subsequently, functional annotation of suggestive SNPs (p-value < 1E-05) was done with the FUMA web-tool.
RESULTS
We identified four genome-wide significant (p-value < 5E-08) loci at chromosome (chr) 3 (FECHP1 for oxo-MiNP_oh-MiNP ratio), chr6 (SLC17A1 for MECPP_MEHHP ratio), chr9 (RAPGEF1 for MBzP), and chr10 (CYP2C9 for MECPP_MEHHP ratio). Moreover, 115 additional loci were found at suggestive significance (p-value < 1E-05). Two CNVs located at chr11 (MRGPRX1 for oh-MiNP and SLC35F2 for MEP) were also identified. Functional annotation pointed to genes involved in phase I and phase II detoxification, molecular transfer across membranes, and renal excretion.
CONCLUSION
Through genome-wide screenings we identified known and novel loci implicated in phthalate metabolism in children. Genes annotated to these loci participate in detoxification, transmembrane transfer, and renal excretion.
