The paraovarian or paratubarian cysts are both situated in the broad ligament between the ovary and fallopian tube. The diagnosis of adnexal torsion is challenging since both symptoms and physical examination are nonspecific. In most cases, the patient presents abdominal pain, followed by nausea and vomiting. Imaging tests, such as ultrasound, are very useful to elucidate the cause of the symptoms in those patients.

BACKGROUND
Videos relating to rehabilitation exercises for common injuries relevant to younger populations such as anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tear receive high view counts on social media platforms such as TikTok.
PURPOSE/HYPOTHESIS
The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality, reliability, and educational value of TikTok videos among the patient population for ACL injury. It was hypothesized that TikTok videos related to ACL rehabilitation exercises would lack quality, reliability, and educational value.
STUDY DESIGN
Cross-sectional study.
METHODS
TikTok was queried for relevant videos using the hashtags "#ACLrehab" and "#ACLexercises." For each included video, the type of uploader (general user or health care professional) was identified. In addition, the number of views, likes, shares, comments, and favorites for each included video was recorded, and the content of each video was graded using the DISCERN (a well-validated informational analysis tool) and the ACL exercise education score (ACLEES - a custom-designed tool for the evaluation of ACL-related exercises).
RESULTS
A total of 111 videos with 5,520,660 cumulative views were included; the median number of views per video was 9801.0 (interquartile range [IQR], 3583.0-28,000.0). Of these videos, 84 and 27 were created by the general public and health care professionals, respectively. The videos collectively received 335,577 likes, 2969 comments, 22,856 favorites, and 6142 shares, with a median of 439 (IQR, 111-1374), 10 (IQR, 2.5-25.5), 54 (IQR, 18-172.5), and 12 (IQR, 2-36), respectively. The tabulated scores for the DISCERN and ACLEES between general users and health care professionals were all statistically nonsignificant. Health care professionals had a higher percentage of videos with a "very poor" DISCERN score in comparison with the general public (66.67% vs 53.57%, respectively).
CONCLUSION
The overall educational value of the TikTok videos related to ACL rehabilitation exercises was very poor. Health care professionals should be aware of the broad distribution of ACL rehabilitation exercise videos that are accessible on TikTok and raise awareness of the deficiencies of the platform as a medium for educational medical-related information.

Broad ligament ectopic pregnancy is a relatively rare condition described in the literature. We did not find enough data concerning this subject in Cameroon. It is therefore important to know about its existence because late management can lead to increased maternal mortality. This paper reports the case of a 22-year-old lady at 18 weeks gestation who had generalized abdominal pain for two months. Prior to her arrival at our service, an abdominal and pelvic ultrasound done revealed a viable singleton 18-weeks intra-abdominal pregnancy with a moderate amount of abdominal fluid collection. The diagnosis of haemorrhagic shock complicating an abdominal pregnancy at 18 weeks of gestation was retained. An emergency laparotomy was done, and a right total salpingectomy and oophorectomy with resection of the right broad ligament were carried out. After surgery, dissection of the mass revealed a non-viable male foetus weighing 218 grams. In conclusion, there´s a very high morbidity and mortality rate associated with broad ligament pregnancies. Due to the fact that there is late access to antenatal care, the prognosis of pathologic pregnancies is endangered.

Primary fallopian tube carcinomas (PFTCs) are quite rare with the incidence ranging from 0.3% to 1.1% amongst all the gynaecological malignancies. Here, we present a rare case of a 44-year-old female (parity-2, live-2 and abortion-2), with one previous classical caesarean section and one vaginal birth after caesarean section (VBAC), bilateral tubal ligation done referred to our gynaecology OPD with complaints of pain in the abdomen since the past six days. The patient also had complaint of spotting per vagina for the past two months. Her ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced CT abdomen and pelvis were suggestive of broad ligament fibroid, which turned out to be a PFTC. Primary fallopian tube malignancies are so rare that this entity may be missed in routine clinical practice and surprisingly noticed during operative procedure or on histopathology reports. Thus, one must be aware of this rare clinical entity and keep it in mind while taking patients on the operating table.

Intraligamental leiomyomas of the uterus are rare. Extremely rare are the huge intraligamental fibroids (>20 cm), whose pre-operative diagnosis and surgical management poses a challenge to everyday clinical practice. The present study describes the case of patient who was subjected to surgical treatment for a huge intraligamental leiomyoma of the uterus, which weighed 3,370 g. A 48-year-old patient, without menstrual disorders and with a medical history of atypical symptoms from the digestive tract, was referred for a gynecological examination. Upon a physical examination, the abdomen was found to be bloated and distended, with no signs of peritoneal irritation. An intra-abdominal mass was suspected, the upper margin of which was palpable at about the level of the xiphoid process. The findings of computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging confirmed the presence of a huge intra-abdominal mass, which probably originated from the internal genital organs. Following consultation with the patient, surgical treatment with laparotomy was decided. Intraoperatively, a large pedunculated subserosal leiomyoma was found, arising from the right lateral wall of the uterus with retroperitoneal extension within the leaves of broad ligament. Following the resection of the intraligamental leiomyoma, which had significant surgical challenges, a total hysterectomy with bilateral adnexectomy was performed. The post-operative course was smooth. In addition, in the present study, a brief review of intraligamental leiomyomas of the uterus is presented, emphasizing the significant diagnostic and surgical challenges and potential intraoperative complications that may arise in the management of patients with this condition.

BACKGROUND
Malignant schwannoma is a rare tumor in the peripheral nervous system, accounting for approximately 5% to 10% of systemic soft tissue sarcomas. Especially, malignant schwannoma occurring in the broad ligament of the uterus with hemophilic syndrome and bone marrow fibrosis is extremely rare in clinical practice. Here, we report the first case of an patient diagnosed with malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor (MPNST) of the broad ligament of the uterus with hemophilic syndrome and bone marrow fibrosis, and share our reference clinical diagnosis and treatment experience.
CASE SUMMARY
A patient was diagnosed with MPNST of the uterus harboring hemophilic syndrome and bone marrow fibrosis. She received combination, and repeated imaging revealed further encountered rare complications (hemophilia syndrome and bone marrow fibrosis) after two cycles of chemotherapy. Thereafter, combined treatment with pazopanib, gemcitabine, and dacarbazine was initiated. Unfortunately, the patient succumbed to death at hospital after two weeks.
CONCLUSION
This report firstly provided reference clinical practice for a patient with MPNST of the uterus harboring hemophilic syndrome and bone marrow fibrosis. Our case raises a reminder about the tolerance and safety of combination therapy, especially in young women.

BACKGROUND AND AIM
The association between bacterial DNA in stifle joints, including those with cranial cruciate ligament rupture (CCLR) and medial patellar luxation (MPL), and osteoarthritis in dogs remains elusive. This study investigated the potential association between the detection of bacterial DNA and osteoarthritis in dogs using a broad-range polymerase chain reaction technique targeting the 16S ribosomal RNA gene.
MATERIALS AND METHODS
Synovial fluid (35 samples) and knee tissue samples (32 samples) were obtained from 35 dogs diagnosed with CCLR (n = 20; 11 males and nine females) or MPL (n = 15; five males and 10 females) who underwent a surgical operation between October 2014 and April 2015.
RESULTS
Dogs with CCLR had a higher average osteoarthritis score than those with MPL (2.0 ± 0.9 vs. 0.5 ± 0.9; p = 0.005). Bacterial DNA was detected in the stifle joints of 60.71% of dogs with MPL. spp. (25.00%), spp. (17.86%), and 5 other species (17.86%) were the most frequently identified bacteria. Bacterial DNA was detected in 41.03% of dogs with CCLR. spp. (15.38%), spp. (10.26%), spp. (5.13%), and 4 other species (10.26%) were the most frequently identified bacteria. No significant difference was observed in the prevalence of bacterial DNA obtained from tissue samples (46.88%) or joint fluid samples (51.43%). The presence of bacterial DNA was not associated with the type of knee injury (MPL or CCLR; p = 1.000). There was a higher prevalence of bacterial DNA in samples from dogs with moderate-to-severe osteoarthritis (94.44%) than in those with minimal osteoarthritis (41.18%), and a significant association between the presence of bacterial DNA and moderate-to-severe osteoarthritis was identified (p < 0.01).
CONCLUSION
Dogs with moderate-to-severe osteoarthritis were more likely to have bacterial DNA in their stifle joints than those with no or minimal osteoarthritis. These findings provide valuable insight into the potential role of bacterial DNA in joint tissue or joint fluid and the development of osteoarthritis in dogs.

Postcoital vaginal injury is an uncommon entity in parous women, although it is a commonly encountered problem in virgins. Herein, we present a case of postcoital vaginal injury after consensual intercourse in a seven-month postpartum lactating woman, leading to a 5 cm laceration between the left lateral vaginal wall and posterior vaginal fornix. There was no evidence of colporrhexis. Ultrasonography was done to rule out any intraperitoneal collection or any broad ligament hematoma. The vaginal laceration was repaired in double layers. Postoperatively, the patient had an uneventful recovery. It should be emphasized that, even though uncommon, postcoital vaginal injuries can also occur in parous women.

PURPOSE
Previous anatomical studies of the urogenital fascia (UGF) have focused on males, and there is a lack of relevant anatomical studies on the distribution of the extraperitoneal UGF in females.
METHODS
In this investigation, guided by the embryonic development of the female urogenital system, the ventral pelvic fascia structure of 10 female cadavers was dissected, and the distribution and morphology of female extraperitoneal UGF were observed, recorded in text, photographs and video, and 3D modeling was performed.
RESULTS
We find that in the female extraperitoneal space there is a migratory fascial structure, the UGF, which surrounds the urogenital system and extends from the perinephric region to the pelvis along with the development of the urogenital organs. The two layers of the UGF are composed of loose connective tissue rich in fat that surrounds the urogenital organs, their accessory vascular structures, and the nerves of the abdominopelvic cavity. In the pelvis, it participates in the formation of the ligamentous structures around the rectum and uterus. Finally, it surrounds the bladder and gradually moves into the loose connective tissue of the medial umbilical fold.
CONCLUSIONS
Sorting out the distribution characteristics of UGF has some reference value for studying the metastasis of gynecological tumors, the biomechanical structure of the female pelvis, and the surgical methods of gynecology, colorectal surgery, and hernia surgery.
