Symptoms of preterm labor include Contractions every 10 minutes or more often; Leaking fluid or bleeding from the vagina; Feeling of pressure in the pelvis; Low, dull backache; Cramps that feel like menstrual cramps; Abdominal cramps with or without diarrhea.
