BACKGROUND
Homeless people present high rates of psychopathology, including personality disorders. Given the link between personality disorders and attachment, and the potential importance of these two traits for understanding homeless populations.
AIMS
Our aim was to review all studies focusing on attachment and on the full assessment of personality disorders in the homeless.
METHOD
Overall, 213 studies were screened through title and abstract. Of these, 63 articles were chosen for full-text assessment.
RESULTS
A total of 14 articles met eligibility criteria and were included in the present review. Six studies evaluated personality disorders and eight studies assessed attachment in the homeless. In general, reports suggested that personality disorders are highly common in the homeless, with frequencies ranging between 64% and 79% for any personality disorder. The most common personality diagnoses were paranoid (14%-74%), borderline (6%-62%), avoidant (14%-63%), and antisocial (4%-57%) personality disorders. Attachment reports differed in the methods used and presented diverse results and correlates. Even so, insecure types of attachment dominated in the homeless, accounting for 62% to 100% of the samples.
CONCLUSIONS
The high prevalence of personality disorders and insecure types of attachment in the homeless may impact intervention strategies for these people. The available literature evaluating attachment and the full assessment of personality disorders in the homeless is scarce, which supports the need for more research on these two topics.

Norovirus is a common cause of sporadic cases and outbreaks of gastroenteritis worldwide, although its prevalence and the dominant genotypes responsible for gastroenteritis outbreaks remain obscure. A systematic review was conducted on norovirus infection in China between January 2009 and March 2021. A meta-analysis and beta-binomial regression model were used to explore the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of norovirus infection and the potential factors contributing to the attack rate of the norovirus outbreaks, respectively. A total of 1132 articles with 155,865 confirmed cases were included, with a pooled positive test rate of 11.54% among 991,786 patients with acute diarrhea and a pooled attack rate of 6.73% in 500 norovirus outbreaks. GII.4 was the predominant genotype in both the etiological surveillance and outbreaks, followed by GII.3 in the etiological surveillance, and GII.17 in the outbreaks, with the proportion of recombinant genotypes increasing in recent years. A higher attack rate in the norovirus outbreaks was associated with age group (older adults), settings (nurseries, primary schools, etc.) and region (North China). The nation-wide pooled positive rate in the etiological surveillance of norovirus is lower than elsewhere in the global population, while the dominant genotypes are similar in both the etiological surveillance and the outbreak investigations. This study contributes to the understanding of norovirus infection with different genotypes in China. The prevention and control of norovirus outbreaks during the cold season should be intensified, with special attention paid to and enhanced surveillance performed in nurseries, schools and nursing homes from November to March.

BACKGROUND
Accident and Emergency Department (AED) is the frontline of providing emergency care in a hospital and research focusing on improving decision-makings and service level around AED has been driving a rising number of attentions in recent years. A retrospective review among the published papers shows that related research can be classified according to six planning modules: demand forecasting, days-off scheduling, shift scheduling, line-of-work construction, task assignment and staff assignment. As patient arrivals demand forecasts enable smooth AED operational planning and help decision-making, this article conducted a systematic review on the statistical modelling approaches aimed at predicting the volume of AED patients' arrival.
METHODS
We carried out a systematic review of AED patient arrivals prediction studies from 2004 to 2021. The Medline, ScienceDirect, and Scopus databases were searched. A two-step screening process was carried out based on the title and abstract or full text, and 35 of 1,677 articles were selected. Our methods and results follow the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. We categorise AED methods for modelling patient arrivals into four main classes: regression, time series, artificial intelligence and time series regression. Choice of prediction model, selection of factors and model performance are compared. Finally, we discuss the advantages and limitations of the models and suggest future research directions.
RESULTS
A total of 1,677 papers that fulfilled the initial searching criteria was obtained from the three databases. Based on the first exclusion criteria, 1,603 articles were eliminated. The remaining 74 full text articles were evaluated based on the second exclusion criteria. Finally, 35 articles were selected for full review. We find that the use of artificial intelligence-based model has risen in recent years, from the view of predictive model selection. The calendar-based factors are most commonly used compared with other types of dependent variables, from the view of dependent variable selection.
CONCLUSIONS
All AEDs are inherently different and different covariables may have different effects on patient arrivals. Certain factors may play a key role in one AED but not others. Based on results of meta-analysis, when modelling patient arrivals, it is essential to understand the actual AED situation and carefully select relevant dominating factors and the most suitable modelling method. Local calibration is also important to ensure good estimates.

INTRODUCTION
Many studies are drawing attention to the associations of HOTAIR polymorphisms and susceptibility to breast cancer, while the results remain inconsistent. We conducted a meta-analysis on the association of four common HOTAIR polymorphisms with breast cancer susceptibility.
MATERIAL AND METHODS
Eligible published articles were searched in PubMed, Embase, Cochrane library databases and Web of Science databases up to July 2019. Odds ratios with 95% confidence intervals were used to identify potential links between lncRNA HOTAIR polymorphisms and the risk of breast cancer.
RESULTS
Our results showed no significance in all genetic models of all four SNPs. Pooled analyses detected crucial links between the rs1899663 polymorphism and decreased susceptibility to breast cancer in five genetic models rather than the dominant model in the hospital-based control subgroup. For the rs920778 polymorphism, we found that it significantly decreased breast cancer risk under recessive, homozygous and heterozygous models within the west Asian subgroup and increased breast cancer risk under allele and dominant models within the East Asian subgroup. Additionally, rs920778 polymorphism decreased breast cancer risk under recessive and heterozygous models in the hospital-based control subgroup. However, no significant association was observed between the rs4759314 polymorphism and breast cancer risk in overall and stratified analyses. For rs12826786 polymorphism, it was greatly associated with decreased breast cancer risk under recessive, homozygous and heterozygous models in the hospital-based control subgroup.
CONCLUSIONS
HOTAIR rs920778, rs1899663 and rs12826786 polymorphisms may contribute to breast cancer susceptibility.

Vaccination is significant to control, mitigate, and recover from the destructive effects of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The incidence of myocarditis following COVID-19 vaccination has been increasing and growing public concern; however, little is known about it. This study aimed to systematically review myocarditis following COVID-19 vaccination. We included studies containing individual patient data of myocarditis following COVID-19 vaccination published between January 1, 2020 and September 7, 2022 and excluded review articles. Joanna Briggs Institute critical appraisals were used for risk of bias assessment. Descriptive and analytic statistics were performed. A total of 121 reports and 43 case series from five databases were included. We identified 396 published cases of myocarditis and observed that the majority of cases was male patients, happened following the second dose of mRNA vaccine administration, and experienced chest pain as a symptom. Previous COVID-19 infection was significantly associated (p < 0.01; OR, 5.74; 95% CI, 2.42-13.64) with the risk of myocarditis following the administration of the first dose, indicating that its primary mechanism is immune-mediated. Moreover, 63 histopathology examinations were dominated by non-infective subtypes. Electrocardiography and cardiac marker combination is a sensitive screening modality. However, cardiac magnetic resonance is a significant noninvasive examination to confirm myocarditis. Endomyocardial biopsy may be considered in confusing and severe cases. Myocarditis following COVID-19 vaccination is relatively benign, with a median length of hospitalization of 5 days, intensive care unit admission of <12%, and mortality of <2%. The majority was treated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, colchicine, and steroids. Surprisingly, deceased cases had characteristics of being female, older age, non-chest pain symptoms, first-dose vaccination, left ventricular ejection fraction of <30%, fulminant myocarditis, and eosinophil infiltrate histopathology.

BACKGROUND
Healthcare, as with other sectors, has undergone progressive digitalization, generating an ever-increasing wealth of data that enables research and the analysis of patient movement. This can help to evaluate treatment processes and outcomes, and in turn improve the quality of care. This scoping review provides an overview of the algorithms and methods that have been used to identify care pathways from healthcare utilization data.
METHOD
This review was conducted according to the methodology of the Joanna Briggs Institute and the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR) Checklist. The PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, and EconLit databases were searched and studies published in English between 2000 and 2021 considered. The search strategy used keywords divided into three categories: the method of data analysis, the requirement profile for the data, and the intended presentation of results. Criteria for inclusion were that health data were analyzed, the methodology used was described and that the chronology of care events was considered. In a two-stage review process, records were reviewed by two researchers independently for inclusion. Results were synthesized narratively.
RESULTS
The literature search yielded 2,865 entries; 51 studies met the inclusion criteria. Health data from different countries ([Formula: see text]) and of different types of disease ([Formula: see text]) were analyzed with respect to different care events. Applied methods can be divided into those identifying subsequences of care and those describing full care trajectories. Variants of pattern mining or Markov models were mostly used to extract subsequences, with clustering often applied to find care trajectories. Statistical algorithms such as rule mining, probability-based machine learning algorithms or a combination of methods were also applied. Clustering methods were sometimes used for data preparation or result compression. Further characteristics of the included studies are presented.
CONCLUSION
Various data mining methods are already being applied to gain insight from health data. The great heterogeneity of the methods used shows the need for a scoping review. We performed a narrative review and found that clustering methods currently dominate the literature for identifying complete care trajectories, while variants of pattern mining dominate for identifying subsequences of limited length.

Although many studies on collective tactical behaviour have been published in the last decade, no study has revised and summarized the findings provided for futsal. The main aim of this systematic review was to identify and discuss the geometrical centre (GC), distance and area tactical variables used to assess team behaviour in futsal. In addition, it summarizes the findings on the tactical response during futsal competition and training. A systematic review of the relevant articles provided on futsal was carried out using seven electronic databases (SPORTDiscus, ProQuest, Cochrane Plus, Scopus, Google Scholar, PubMed and Web of Science) until September 25, 2019. From a total of 1,209 studies initially found, 12 were included in the qualitative synthesis. There were some trends in the analysis of positional data in futsal with the most relevant situations analysed being 1 vs 1 and 5 vs 4+Goalkeeper. The distances and angles between two points were the most assessed tactical variables. Five types of distance variables were used to assess collective tactical behaviour in futsal: GC-GC, GC-player, player-player, player-ball and player-space. Pressure (GC-GC) was greater in shots on goal than in tackles during professional futsal matches. Area variables were reduced to occupied space, exploration space and dominant area. Occupied space was measured only during competition while the dominant area was measured only during training sessions. The surface area and dominant regions were greater when players were attacking in comparison to when they were defending. In addition, two non-linear techniques (i.e. relative phase and entropy) were applied to analyse synchronisation and complexity and regularity or predictability. Defenders were highly synchronous, while attackers tried to break this coordination to achieve possibilities for action. Task constraints are suitable to induce different regularity patterns. This review is an opportunity to develop studies aimed at bridging the gap in collective tactical behaviour in futsal.

INTRODUCTION
Frailty and Parkinson's disease (PD) are common conditions that increase with age. Independently, frailty and PD lead to increased morbidity and mortality for patients. Few studies report on frailty in patients with PD. We performed a systematic review and -analysis of the prevalence, associations and outcomes of frailty in persons with PD.
METHODS
We searched four electronic databases and grey literature from inception to May 19, 2020, for articles which reported the prevalence, associations and outcomes of frailty in persons with PD.
RESULTS
One-thousand and sixty-three citations were identified, of which 127 articles were reviewed. Thirty studies were included. Twenty-eight studies were observational and the settings varied including 25 community and 5 inpatient studies.The most common frailty screening measures were the frailty phenotype and clinical frailty scale. The prevalence of frailty in PD using the FP was 0.38 (0.24-0.55) with I = 92.6% (p < 0.01). Frailty was associated with recurrent falls, cognitive impairment, dementia, orthostatic hypotension, fatigue, hallucinations, nursing home placement, dependency in activities of daily living and in-patient mortality. PD disease duration, motor impairment, non-tremor dominant PD (postural instability/gait difficulty dominant phenotype) and total daily levodopa dose were associated with frailty.
CONCLUSION
Frailty is common in PD. There is no agreed upon tool for identifying frailty, however, the importance of its identification is apparent given the high prevalence and the association between frailty and adverse outcomes in persons with PD. Future studies are required to guide clinicians in how best to identify and manage frail patients with PD.

Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) is projected to have a rapid increase in the number of people living with dementia by 2050. Yet, there is currently no robust evidence on the risk factors for dementia in the sub-region that could inform context specific interventions. We conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis of observational studies to determine the dominant and modifiable risk factors for dementia in SSA. We searched MEDLINE, EMBASE, PsychINFO, and African Journals Online using keywords for dementia and Alzheimer's disease as well as the.mp operator for all 47 SSA countries or regions. We included peer-reviewed original studies with epidemiological designs, conducted random effect meta-analysis and determined the dominant and modifiable risk factors for dementia using the inverse of variance method. A total of 44 studies out of 2,848 met criteria for syntheses. The pooled annual incidence of dementia from 5,200 cohort risk years was 2.0% [(95% Confidence Interval (CI) = 1.0-4.0%)]. The pooled prevalence was 5.0% (95% CI = 2.0-7.0%). Older age was the dominant risk factor for both prevalent [(Standard error (S.E = 0.3, weight = 25.2%)] and incident dementia (S.E = 0.02, weight = 95.8%), while low educational attainment (S.E = 0.19, weight = 32.6%) and poor predementia cognitive functioning at baseline (S.E = 0.2, weight = 20.5%) were the best ranked modifiable risk factor for incident dementia. Low formal educational attainment which, in SSA, may represent a stable index of low socioeconomic position and health disadvantage over the life course, was the most prominent modifiable risk factor for incident dementia. Findings have implications for deliberate policies targeted at access to education across the life course as a primary prevention strategy against dementia in SSA.

Uterine Artery Embolization (UAE) is a noninvasive alternative to open surgery for treatment of uterine myomatosis. This study aims to analyze the efficacy and safety of UAE in these cases. A systematic review was carried out of studies available on the Medline (via PubMed) and the LILACS and PEDro (via the Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde) databases. The searches found 817 studies, 7 of which were selected according to the eligibility criteria (analytical, longitudinal, retrospective, or prospective studies), with a total of 367 patients studied. The variables analyzed and the characteristics of the studies included were collated and input to a database. Rates of volume reduction of the uterus and the dominant myoma were 44.1% and 56.3%, respectively. Mean rate of complete infarction of the dominant myoma was 88.6% (82-100%). The mean number of complications observed was 15±8.6 cases, most of which were classified as minor, and no deaths were recorded. The mean number of re-interventions in absolute values was 12.2±15.5 cases. Therefore, in the literature analyzed, uterine artery embolization is an effective procedure with a low rate of complications for treatment of uterine leiomyomatosis.
