Fibroepithelial polyps of the Vagina (FEPV) are mucosal polypoid lesions with a connective tissue core covered by a benign squamous epithelium. They are thought to be rare as only a few cases are reported in the literature. Fibroepithelial stromal polyps are mesenchymal neoplasms that can occur in the vagina, vulva, and even on the cervix. These fibroepithelial stromal polyps have also been reported in rare sites such as breast and labia.

Although hymenal tags are not uncommon in newborn girls, there is a paucity of literature on this condition. Few photo images of hymenal tags have been published. We report the case of a four-month-old girl with a large hymenal tag noted at birth. Approximately 30% of hymenal tags may persist at three years of age. As the number of prepubertal girls who require evaluation for sexual abuse increases, physicians should familiarize themselves with the appearance of a hymenal tag to differentiate it from signs of sexual abuse, especially in older girls whose hymenal tags have not resolved.

Alveolar soft part sarcoma is a rare malignant soft tissue tumor, mainly localized in the extremities and occurring principally in adolescents and young adults. Alveolar soft part sarcoma are uncommon in the female genital tract. We here report a case of alveolar soft part sarcoma in a 20-year-old nullipara, presenting with vaginal bleeding and profound anemia requiring blood transfusions. Ultrasonographic examination revealed a polyp in the lower uterine segment. Surgical resection of the polyp was performed, and pathological evaluation showed typical histological, immunohistochemical, and molecular features consistent with alveolar soft part sarcoma. Patient underwent for total hysterectomy. Currently, she follows up with her surgeon and has no new complains. Given the infrequency of alveolar soft part sarcoma, this case report raises the awareness of alveolar soft part sarcoma as one of the entities to consider when confronted with a uterine polyp in a young patient.

Intrauterine retention of fetal bones is a rare complication of unsafe abortion. Patients may present with infertility, chronic pelvic pain, menorrhagia and vaginal discharge. Here, we discuss a management of young female patient with uterine bleeding after miscarriage. Other causes of abnormal uterine bleeding such as infection, polyp, fibroid, malignancy were excluded. Retained intrauterine fetal bones were found as a sole cause of her complaint. Diagnosis was made with pelvic ultrasound and pelvic radiography. Dilatation and curettage was performed to remove the fetal bones with a good subsequent outcome.

Giant cervical polyps are rarely seen nowadays in routine day-to-day practice and are defined as a polyp with a size >4 cm. Giant cervical polyps protruding outside the vaginal canal causing diagnostic dilemma are rarely encountered in gynecologic practice. They masquerade as uterine inversion, prolapse, or cervical malignancy. Only a few cases have been reported in the literature. We hereby report a case of giant polyp of anterior lip of the cervix occurring in a multiparous woman and presented with something coming out per vagina. Histopathology of it came out to be angiomyomatous polyp (vascular leiomyoma) of the cervix that itself is a rare entity.

Primary extranodal marginal zone B-cell lymphomas (MALToma) of the endometrium are rare tumors. We report a case of MALToma diagnosed within an endometrial polyp in a patient presenting with postmenopausal vaginal bleeding. The patient underwent a conventional hysteroscopic procedure for intrauterine polyps. There was no suspicion of malignancy during the preoperative investigations or at surgery. Conventional bipolar resection of the polyps was performed. The present case demonstrates that conservative management of endometrial MALToma may be considered as a safe alternative to hysterectomy. Further data on long-term follow up is needed to confirm the safety of this conservative approach.

Metastatic cancer to the female genital organs is a very rare clinical presentation. The myometrium is more frequently affected than the endometrium. Prolonged use of tamoxifen has been found to be associated with endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial polyp formation, and the development of endometrial adenocarcinoma in some cases. A 55-year-old lady with a history of invasive lobular carcinoma of the breast that had been operated upon with left mastectomy 7 years previously & who had also been treated with tamoxifen for 5 years presented with irregular vaginal bleeding and lower abdominal pain. The patient had a three cm uterine fibroid with an endometrial polyp. She had anemia with hemoglobin level 8 mg/dl. Laparoscopic hysterectomy with bilateral oophorectomy was performed for a polyp in the endometrium which proved to be a metastasis from her lobular carcinoma of the breast. Patients with breast cancer who present with abnormal vaginal bleeding should alert the physicians about the possibility of metastatic breast cancer to the uterus regardless the use of the hormonal therapy such as tamoxifen. The pathologists also should be aware of this possibility and they should examine the polyps very carefully to detect any metastatic foci especially if the patient has been treated with tamoxifen.

BACKGROUND
The differential diagnosis for women who present with a vaginal mass after undergoing a hysterectomy is dependent on the indication, type and timing of the hysterectomy. The differential diagnosis includes cervical dysplasia, malignancy, nabothian cysts, prolapsed endocervical polyp/fibroid, abscess, hematoma, granulation tissue, or dehiscence with organ evisceration.
CASE
We introduce a case of a woman who presented with a vaginal apex mass and had a remote history of a total hysterectomy for an unknown indication. She was ultimately diagnosed with high grade serous carcinoma of a prolapsed fallopian tube.
CONCLUSION
This is the first reported case of serous carcinoma of a prolapsed fallopian tube and highlights the importance of maintaining a wide differential diagnosis for women who present with vaginal apex masses.

Preoperative multimodal ultrasonic imaging in a case of Peutz-Jeghers syndrome complicated by atypical lobular endocervical glandular hyperplasia: a case report and literature review.
BACKGROUND
Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (PJS), an autosomal dominant multiple cancerous disorder, is clinically characterized by mucocutaneous macules and multiple gastrointestinal hamartomatous polyps. Gastric-type endocervical adenocarcinoma (G-EAC), a special subtype of cervical adenocarcinoma with non-specific symptoms and signs, is known to occur in approximately 11% of female patients with PJS.
CASE PRESENTATION
Here, we report a case of PJS in a 24-year-old female with multiple mucocutaneous black macules who complained of vaginal discharge and menorrhagia. Moreover, we first described the multimodal ultrasonographical manifestations of PJS-correlated G-EAC. The three-dimensional reconstructed view of G-EAC on 3D realisticVue exhibited a distinctive "cosmos pattern" resembling features on magnetic resonance imaging, and the contrast-enhanced ultrasound displayed a "quick-up and slow-down" pattern of the solid components inside the mixed cervical echoes. We reported the multimodal ultrasonographical characteristics of a case of PJS-related G-EAC, as well as reviewed PJS-related literature and medical imaging features and clinical characteristics of G-EAC to provide insight into the feasibility and potential of utilizing multimodal ultrasonography for the diagnosis of G-EAC.
CONCLUSIONS
Multimodal ultrasound can visualize morphological features, solid components inside, and blood supplies of the G-EAC lesion and distinguish the G-EAC lesion from normal adjacent tissues. This facilitates preoperative diagnosis and staging of PJS-related G-EAC, thereby aiding subsequent health and reproductive management for patients with PJS.
