(osteopoikilosis) Osteopoikilosis is a benign, asymptomatic sclerotic dysplasia of the bones. It affects both male and female and may be seen at any age. Radiographically sclerotic circular or ovoid lesions are usually symmetrically distributed in a periarticular location.
